IHOP

Best service I’ve had at any Ihop, great hostess, waiter was attentive, food fast. Manager greeted and checked on all customers.

Been here a couple times. I loved the food. However, while I was enjoying my meal I found a hair in it. I was a little disgusted. The manager came out to «apologize» saying «it happens» and took my meal off our check and left. Food is good, but cleanliness should be more of a priority.

One of the best ihops I have been too ! Food was perfect, the service was on point. My waiter was amazing and timely ! I think our whole trip took about 30 minutes at the most !
There’s a good amount of Parking and the waiting area is also a good size. Overall this is a clean and awesome ihop

With IHOP, it’s all about timing. You get there when it’s busy and the service suffers. I think it’s a universal fact here. My hubs and I came in early-​ish one morning before the start of our day and the restaurant was half empty. We were greeted immediately, ushered to our seat, and our server appeared within minutes. The overall inside appeareance seemed clean. There were a few crumbs in my booth seat but the table had been wiped down.
Our server did her job adequately. She was polite and made sure our drinks were refilled for the most part. I don’t necessarily have five star restaurant standards at the International House of Pancakes or anything but the dinnerware and utensils looked like they’d seen better days. I had to switch out my fork for a clean one. Most of the servers congregated in open view, goofing off. I mean, it was slow so whatevs.
But all in all, the coffee was hot and the food was reliable. I can honestly say I have never eaten anything other than breakfast food here. I usually get the same type of meal (bacon, eggs, and pancakes — hello!). As always, the final check was inexpensive. I’d go again.

My husband and I came to this IHOP after being ignored at the Denny’s on Fort Bliss. We were in and out of this restaurant faster than we sat being ignored in Denny’s! This IHOP location has yet to let me down and anytime I want some pancakes or waffles and don’t feel like making them myself, I will surely be taking my business here!!!

When me and my family were on vacation we came here and I got eggs, bacon and toast. As soon as I ate my toast it had hair on it. I was so disgusted. I threw up. the manger didn’t take my food off I still had to pay. Then he was laughing about it and said its probably yours. Seriously? Then the waitress was rude as can be.

Always a great place to get a bite at any time of the day. The customer service is always good. You’re seated and served promptly.

I just got the Unilocal app and thought I’d post my experience from there from a couple of months ago. We had a wonderful waitress that was great at her job and didn’t even care that I breastfed my son at the table! She was super friendly and the food was amazing!

This would’ve been an enjoyable experience had we actually been served. Instead our drinks were empty, the food looked awful, when we asked for a refill she slung the glass across the table, and then she took my husband’s plate away while he was trying to eat off it, literally still trying to eat half of his meal. I would much rather enjoy my meal and actually get the service we came here for than to watch the servers do the douggie, dance, and chase each other. We won’t be coming back to this location.

Good food. Typical IHOP food; although, service was bad! It took 20 min for our server to bring our drinks. Food was pretty quick. Tried to find our server for the check but he was MIA! I asked another person for the check and paid with her. Might have been that one server but bad first impression.

Pros: Same good old pancakes as always! Yum! We were seating right away at a good size table for our big group. The balloon animal guy came around and entertained our kids. And lastly our food came to the table fairly fast for how busy they were.
Cons: One of the forks had a cut in the metal and resulted in a bleeding lip. Our food order was incorrect and had to go back to be fixed. But the manager came over multiple times to check on our table and make sure everything was fixed to our liking.
