We have checked into this hotel a little over 3 times. Love the hotel, the breakfast and the gym in the lobby area. Definitely worth the price and the stay.

The Ritz it ain’t. So if you’re looking for some fancy hotel, this is not the place for you. However, if you’re looking for a very reasonably priced, simple, clean, friendly, and did I mention– cheap– place, then this is it! My family of four stayed here thanksgiving week to visit with my son who’s stationed at Fort Bliss. We arrived earlier than the check in time, but Hazel was very accommodating. She said our room would be ready in 10 minutes, and invited us to enjoy some beverages while we waited. She was vey friendly and professional. We stayed in a two room King suite. The room was modest, but clean and spacious. The room had a separate sitting area with a couch and small dining table. It also had a small refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot. The bathroom was very large, and the shower was a full-spray(no water saving here!). Yes, the toilet did plug up. Housekeeping was very quick to bring us a plunger, and we kept it on hand, just in case. ;) The continental breakfast wasn’t the best I’ve had, but there were quite a few options to choose from. The hotel also boasts a pool, fitness center and computers for public use. The staff was very friendly throughout our stay. They made us feel right at home. We will definitely stay here again. :)

Stayed here a couple days for a wedding. Clean, large rooms. Shared a king bed and slept great! Breakfast is good. Our party took over the breakfast room each am and stated past breakfast closing time. And staff was super friendly and even left the food and drinks out for an extra hour. Only downside is occasional noise from nearby airport. Would recommend staying here

I can’t figure out how to delete this. So I will correct my self. I’m at the other locations in the west of El Paso.

Uh… This place sucks 2 mins ago I was just plunging my own toilet in my hotel room. Everything is very old décor. I actually use to like this place up until the moment I asked to switch rooms because my toilet was clogged. The lady working the font desk just brought me a plunger… Sweet…

Absolutely amazing! When we arrived in El Paso February 2013 we were so amazed at the service, complimentary breakfast, and I am not talking about fruits and bagels, I am talking about waffles, bacon, eggs! And they even have like a happy hour at 5PM where they serve popcorn, wine, sodas, nachos, it is the all time favorite. The staff is WONDERFUL! Quick and speedy service. Which brings me to my family leaving El Paso, we are back here again, and we are in a different room, and despite that our room doesn’t have the flat screen TV or remote control, we are so grateful for the continuing service that GuestHouse Suites has provided for us. We now have a son and he sleeps in the pullout couch with all the room he wants. It is just sooooooo great to be leaving El Paso at the BEST hotel in town! Great job!

I have to travel with work so I stay at a lot of motels. This room is the nicest I have stayed in without spending twice the price. After reading the reviews I have to wonder is this the same place. I stayed 5 nights and had a great stay. The only thing I did not like was the eggs in the hot breakfast, but they had plenty of other items to start off my days. My room layout: full bath and sink in bathroom, 12′ x 12′ living area with couch and bar separating the bed with a frig, microwave, coffee pot, and sink. My room had the king sized bed. Internet was both wired and wireless. If you are looking for a place to stay in El Paso then I recommend the GuestHouse Suites. You won’t be sorry. I reserved my room through Orbitz and arrived a day early without any issues.

Do not stay here. The walls are paper thin and you can hear the conversation of the next room. In my case the people next door were drunk and I believe they were participating in the services of a lady of the night. THEIR was awoken at 1 am in the morning by loud and raunchy conversation. I’ll spare you the details. Lets just say it was so weird and scary that I requested that I be moved to another room. I won’t stay here again

The bed is horrible, you would be about as comfortable on the floor. The bedding is awful, as are the pillows. The Internet service is sporadic at best and often didn’t work at all. The only response we got from the manager was that she had never heard those complaints before.(right ;-/). We did finally get a $ 50 dollar refund on our $ 550 bill. The only good things I can say for the place is that it was clean and the continental breakfast was adequate. We moved on to the Radisson for the rest of our stay in El Paso.

Aside from their random TV placement(directly facing the pony wall that separates the«bedroom» from the«living room»), I’m a big fan of this hotel. Airport hotels are generally lacking all things comfortable, but not this one. The beds are comfy, the AC blows COLD, there are 2 outlets AND light switches by BOTH bedsides(cha-ching!), fast free wifi, and has the kind of continental breakfast Europe wouldn’t be embarrassed to have named after them(we’re talking hash browns and real –not instant– eggs). All rooms have a wet bar with fridge, microwave and coffee maker and a pull out couch. Party time! ??? Note for the light sleepers: not only is this hotel inside the airport boundaries, it also has train tracks running through the front lawn. While I’ve never been awoken from the local transportation, I’ve also slept through several earthquakes so I’d suggest you pack your earplugs!
