I had an appointment at 2:30 and I waited for almost 30 minutes past my appointment time. The ladies in the front we not rude but I do remember thinking that they are stacking appointments. The doctor was very thorough and I had a wide selection and of glasses to choose from. That was nice and I picked up my new frame like the next day. That was a plus and my insurance was fully accepted. My frame was a designer fram so I came out of pocket a little bit. That’s okay to me. I will bump them up when they get a little better with the moving people along process. Other wise I would recommend this place. PROS; great selection. Nice staff and a very Doctor. coNs you will be waiting a while.

For glasses and contacts, dr. Mcmahon will do but if you have a medical condition/infection of the eye you need to go to an OPTHAMOLOGIST; McMahon is an OPTOMETRIST. Your insurance won’t cover you. Office staff is confused about this small detail in their office policy over the phone and will demand you pay your full deductible before the doctor will see you once you are there! But it’s ok, they say, because you will get reimbursed the difference in 30 days for a $ 25 consult. For me this would be $ 225 in a month! Ridiculous! Medical condition of the eye? Go to a real doctor! Knowing this up front would have saved me a lot of time and pain to get treatment! Thanks for nothing Eye World.
