I hate leaving bad reviews so I’m going out of my way for this. After getting my prescription which was pretty expensive to get around 150 or more I got two trial lenses which I liked. The doctor was really nice but She never mentioned she was giving me a prescription for contacts that are 90 dollars per box. I couldn’t order the lenses anywhere else(Costco) so I had to order from them. Once I finally was able to place the order they said it would take 2 – 3 weeks.

New to El Paso, I chose to go to envision because they are a small business and I enjoy the small business experience. Boy was I wrong. Over the course of my visits I have had a very negative experience. I won’t go though step by step, it would be a long story but they had and I’m sure still do break HIPAA laws, treat people rudely, lie(that it is law to do eye dilation or their new scan) and giving you wrong contact rx. I went to many online companies to purchase my contacts and no one has them. I did finally find 2 eye places in different states that let you buy them online but the base curve(?) that was prescribed to me does not exist. Come to find out months later that it is only sold through Envision. I have called Envision multiple times regarding purchasing them online including Walmart and no one told me they were Envision specific. Walmart called to see if it can be found under another name and Dr. Falknor told the young man over at Walmart that he can put me in whatever he wants, he does not care. That is rude, unethical and illegal. He could get fired. I told Dr. Falknor that all I needed was a rx that I could afford and I could purchase anywhere because I tend to move quite often. I could not purchase these contacts anywhere, thus I could not use my script anywhere. With an unusable rx, whether it is through them, online or another company they will not refund my money. And wouldn’t you know that when I called my insurance company about my issues with Envision and Dr. Falknor, they looked into it and decided to give me my benefits back 100%, so I could go somewhere else and that I did.

Worst customer service EVER. I had a contact lens emergency on Sunday 5÷10÷15. My last left contact lens was defective when I put it on and I cannot see without them. I checked their website to see what time they opened Monday morning. The website said 9:00. I sat in the parking lot from 8:45 — 9:00 and watched all the employees file in. At 9:00 I walked to the door to find a sign on it that said«closed until 12:00 for staff meeting». I could see people inside but they ignored me. I knocked on the door, one lady looked up but she also ignored me. I went back to my car to call their office to see if they could help me but the phone just rang and rang. After about 20 rings an automated voice came on that said«recorder not on». I will NEVER go to this office again. The office on Montana is much further from my home but the West office has the rudest staff I have ever seen. They clearly Have ZERO customer service skills and customers do NOT matter to them.

This was a horrible place! The gave my six year old son the wrong prescription. When I went back they charged me for another visit. They were rude with ugly customer service. I would never recommend them!
