I was really excited to try this place after seeing an ad on Facebook… I gave them a call and asked plenty of questions. How many days do you recommend? can you provide vegetarian meal plan? days, hours etc… Of which all questions were answered vaguely but seemed like it was pretty flexible. It was a Mom challenge after all. I called a week before it started and asked about obtaining a vegetarian food plan. It was Trainer Kai who I spoke with. He was rude but said I would have to come in and have measurements that evening, if possible. So I drove the 30 minutes over to step on a scale that weighed me, gave body fat, visceral fat measurements etc. I left and realized no one ever took down my information to send me my meal plan. I called back the next day and asked about the meal plan. Where I was rudely told that it would not be done overnight(I did not expect it to be). I explained that I work night shift and would not be able to go shopping over the weekend. To cut it short I was sent a meal plan a few days later that was not vegetarian. Fish is not vegetarian… Okay, so not educated on vegetarianism. That’s okay… next. We are then added into a FB support group, seems like a good idea… Then the, «mandatory» orientation is scheduled. I cannot attend, I work. None of this was EVER mentioned when I called for information, mind you. So I get an email that says I missed the mandatory orientation and to call Trainer Kai. I call and inform him that I was working and attempt to ask some questions where I am cut off and asked to post them in the support group so he doesn’t have to answer the same thing 60 times. Keep in mind, we are encouraged to call him with any questions/concerns at any time. But in reality… That is not the case, he directs you to facebook. They also continue to ask you to check in every time you attend on facebook and post reviews on every site you can think of… Which is probably why they are rated as high as they are. So Monday rolls around and I have worked the night before. I am planning to start my first day Tuesday(I was told this was fine in the beginning). I am told that I cannot attend as I missed Monday weigh in and pictures… What? I am told I cannot attend until Wednesday when Kai will be back at that location. Long, long story short… I asked for a refund and… no response… Save your time, money and effort. Go somewhere else that follows through on what they advertise. Or, if motivated enough do your workouts at home… Such a waste of money…(100 $ to be exact)

Awesome and life changing! The workouts are similar to the Insanity Training workout videos — brutal, but exhilarating. The trainers really give you encouragement that pushes you to do your best and direction to help with your training and nutrition. The people who workout here are great, too — comradery through shared pain. If you are serious about giving it your all to positively change your life than this is the best place to go!
