From the friendly smiles received as you walk in the door to the attentive service provided it was an enjoyable experience. The menudo was spicy and hot with all ingredients cooked just right in the right proportions. Good food at a fair price. Will definitely be back again.

Found myself in El Paso, de pasada… Asked hotel front desk for a breakfast spot… Recommended Denny’s… Walked over to Denny’s only to find it burnt to the ground… literally. Found this spot on Unilocal.Delicious breakfast… Good service. Considering coming back for lunch.

I just ate breakfast here this morning. This is a wonderful little Mom and Pop(or Mamá y Papá, as the case may be!). I had Huevos de La Mexicana; 2 eggs, sauteed onions, green peppers and tomatoes, refried beans and hash browns served with flour or corn tortillas. All for $ 7.85! How do they do this for this price? They keep the portion size reasonable! You eat everything on your plate and you’re full — but not stuffed! I will be back!

Had the machaca burrito which was pretty good. Also ordered a bowl of he menudo which left a lot to be desired. The broth was way too watered down and very bland. The menudo is very tender but lacking in flavor. I would not recommend getting the menudo there. Wanted to try their lengua but they were out of it.

Came for lunch hungry. Left absolutely satisfied. Keeping this review short and simple. Place is authentic as heck. 3 $ burritos are HUGE to say the least. If your in the area and looking for an inexpensive Mexican lunch. Definitely give this place a shot. You won’t regret it. NORAGRETS!!!

Grreeeeaaaat food. Enchiladas are my favorite. Being from houston where mexican food is the best it seems in Texas I had high expectations for el paso being so close to the border. But when I got here it lacked authenticity & flavor then I came HERE, this restaurant, and just was thankful I found it. Real drinks, place feels like a mexican spot looks like it too which is nice for a hometown feel.

Great little Mexican Rest near the Airport area. Good Salsas & Tortillas. Friendly waitresses and restaurant extremely clean which was a big plus. Not grading 5 stars ’cause Menudo was some what watered down. And my Chilaquiles & Eggs although good and tasty did not have a WOW Factor. Still it is a very recommendable place!

This place is a great find. The food is excellent and affordable. The atmosphere is friendly. This restaurant serves authentic Mexican food and draws a crowd of people that know good Mexican food. They make fresh salsa in small batches and the chefs are allowed to make each batch unique. Don’t be surprised after you devour your complimentary salsa and chips when they bring out a fresh new batch that is even better than the first.

Came to El Paso for a visit and this place was nearby. After a night of drinking Menudo was badly needed — we picked some up to and go and I must say it was delicious! The flavor was on point and and not greasy! Id definitely eat here again to try their other food.

We have made this our go to lunch spot on either a week day or weekend it doesn’t matter its spectacular. Perfectly seasoned meat whether it is the steak or a chicken dish. Service is lightning fast and the servers are cordial. What they brand as a rib eye which is probably a Chuck is served with a bounty of avocado, tortillas and a plush baked potato heaped with melted butter. No frills here a Mexican street food style plate and it rocks!!! Chicken tacos have the perfect amount of white and thigh meat to make them moist and flavorful. Don’t let this place poss you buy as you hit Montana it’s easy to miss but well worth the stop.

Nice local place that has great food. The people mainly speak Spanish but you are able to get help if needed. Very down to earth place. It has a drive through too! The people were helpful and boy o boy… That Huevos Rancheros was THEBEST ever! I got the Assada pork burritos to go. If you are in town. come here!

I went here during lunch, which I had heard was the best time to go. The place was very busy and a constant stream of cars through the drive through kept the staff on their toes. Service was very friendly and prompt. Food came out very quickly, and it was quick and easy to pay. That’s about where the good part ends. The salsa was very hot, which is GREAT, but there was just no FLAVOR, except salt. I love a good spicy salsa, but there has to be flavor! Then I received my enchiladas… The rice was old and way, way overcooked. And bland. The beans were also overcooked and had not been seasoned in any way. The enchilada sauce tasted like… nothing. Seriously, I have wracked my brains, and it really was just texture of sauce with no flavor. The chicken was the same — they had simply cooked the chicken with no spices or seasoning. I was so disappointed. I definitely will not return.

I would say that my ham, egg, and potato breakfast burrito wasn’t bad at all. I loved the tortilla. My husband had the chorizo and egg but he took one bite of it and did not like it at all. The lemonade wasn’t what I expected. I expected lemonada but it was made with lemon juice concentrate. I’m super big on sour and salty so I can easily tell the difference between the fresh squeezed and the bottle lemon/lime juice. Overall I would still go back but get something different for my husband or just go for myself.

one of my favorite lunch time spots. we’re regulars here. the food is always good and the staff is very friendly. I normally get whatever is on the Specials board. you get a choice of three plates, a soup, and all the iced tea you can drink. as the day goes on, they cross out what they run out of. I will say that sometimes they add too much water to the salsa, it ends up tasteless.

The customer service is excellent even though the mast majority speaks Spanish. I ordered a bean and cheese burrito enchilada style it was really tasty must stop by it’ll be worth your while. Also the chips and salsa I would say the best I’ve ever had.
