Not bad, barbacoa is pretty good. Prices are decent. They give you the option between Green or Red salsa. Horchata, or fresh waters are a bit warm.

The burrito’s are ok, but the menudo is terrible, I don’t know how so many places can, get such popular and traditional Mexican dish wrong. Not every restaurant has to have menudo on the weekends if you and your cooks don’t know how to make it don’t. Spare yourself the embarrassment of selling menudo worse than what you buy in a can! The burro factory’s menudo is terrible, the burritos are ok, over priced and just ok. You can get a much better burrito just about anywhere.

Got dang these burritos are great. I don’t know why you would get anything else on the menu this place is called Burrito Factory. Come here and get the burritos, try them all, they’re large, fresh tasting, and the tortillas are delicious. Also it’s pretty cheap for the amount of food you get.

Terrible, gordittas. So so burritos. Asked for beef with frijoles and queso on one burrito, was given two separate gordittas instead. Gordittas were on a thick gritty tortilla, very disappointing.

Good service! I like the outdoor area because I can take my Chihuahua with me and enjoy Mexican food! Place is clean and food is better than I expected! I may go back to try their mango frozen pops!

As long as you don’t get there right at 6:30 when they first open the service is fast. The food is good and a pretty decent variety.

I recently moved to the westside from the far east. When east you can find mom and pop mexican restaurants at nearly every strip mall. I came across this small place when wondering near north mesa and its become my favorite burrito eatery on the far westside. Its quick, inexpensive, and big portions. Definitely worth a try.

I have had to travel to this area frequently the last year. And stubbled onto this burrito joint by chance. And I have to say it is a real bright spot in my days in and near El Paso. It serves mostly burritos and tortas for breakfast and lunch-and they are really, really good. Granted I’m a gringo from the NE, but I have had my fill of Mexican food around Mexico and the US. I’m sure someone’s abuela makes better, but as I have no abuelita, I’ll have to stick with what I can grab at the Burrito Factory as I can. The place looks like a fast food place complete with drive-thru from the ouside. Inside, it has about four tables, with outside seating in front facing a small strip mall parking lot. Ok, so little ambience. Hey its burritos and tortas, and these are meant to be street food, no? Si, verdad. Thankfully what they serve is not the typical Tex-Mex, cheese and enchilada sauce smothered crap that is so prevalent elsewhere in TX(Yeehaw). Nope, the stuff here is fresh, and more authentic. You can taste each and every component that make up their burritos. The burrito guisada con salsa verde-super! It opens early and closes early, too early(7PM) for one who can usually only grab a bit late when I’m there.
