Art Center

I’ve lived here in El Paso for a couple of years and this is probably the best place for for any type of supplies that I found. The prices are reasonable and they have art books drawing, painting, Pl drafting and airbrushing supplies they have it all whatever you’re looking for they have it.

I am from ELP but have lived out of state for many many years. This place has been in business for as long as I can remember. I recently took a water color painting by a family member in that they framed probably at least 30 yrs. ago. The canvas had fallen. They repaired it on the spot in about 5 min. at no charge saying they guarantee their work for life. The woman recognized the frame as one of their’s and knew they had not carried it in many years. I suspect she probably helped the family member who painted this at the time. A couple of years ago in another city a framing store charged me $ 60 to repair a fallen poster they did less than 10 yrs. ago. Art Center has a great selection of supplies, has supported artists over the years. And given my recent experience, I told everyone within ear shot – you just don’t seem to find this level of service anymore. And, if you like L&Js, they had a couple of small colorful paintings of that local restaurant available for $ 25! I should have bought one.
