I’ve been in here many times before, the only reason I never purchased was due to the lack of service. The sales reps were either not at the door, see me walk in and never speak to me or I would have to hunt them down just to ask a question. I have even spoken to them without them speaking back.
Finally I went in and was greeted by a warm and friendly CSR. This time when I required assistance she was willing to guide me in the right direction.
Being able to look around more comfortably, I noticed the store layout and how nicely organized things were. I found some really good deals. The selections are small because this is a small location but they are willing to order items for you if they don’t have what you are looking for in stock.
