45 minutes late after promising 35 minutes. When the delivery guy showed up after a total of an hour and 20 minutes, he lied about just leaving the store while I was on the phone asking about my pizza and was told he left 25 minutes ago. The store on the phone still wanted me to pay full price for the pizza, and wanted to give me a coupon when I asked them to make things right. They lost our business on our first purchase.

What can I say about how poorly run this place is? Let me count the ways. I ordered a pizza for delivery a hour and fifteen minutes ago. I live four minutes from the store. Gave them my address(no misunderstanding it was a delivery). I was told to wait 45 minutes to an hour. I just called to inquire about status. Girl says they thought is was a pickup order. Seriously? She said they could bring it to me but it’s been sitting there for an hour(what, their phone doesn’t work?) The she came up with this gem: they would deliver it for me in 45 minutes — the same cold pizza! I asked Girl how long it would take for them to make a fresh pie and deliver it. She said it was slow, there were no orders ahead of mine, and they could get one out in 45 minutes. 2.5 hrs for mediocre pizza delivery? I can fly to NYC in about the same amount of time. Try: Artisan Pizza, Ardovinos, Peter Piper, or Dominos.

Place is still decent as far as food goes, but after several owners the quality has dipped. It wAs best 15 years ago with original owner. As stated food still not bad better than most El Paso piZza joints and it’s priced right. However, it’s grungy as heck inside old dated and dirty trash everywhere old wood floor looks like 1985. Won’t take much to fix this place up owner just doesn’t

Very very dirty!!! Ugly inside, I think they have not changed or clean it for at least the 9ys Ive lived in El Paso!!! Unmotivated staff. And to even make it worse, they served me a burned pizza!!! My husband does like the food there, particularily the calzone, but I do not recommend it.

I ordered a medium pepperoni pizza and hot wings to be delivered to my house and I was impressed with the 45 minute delivery but I was not impressed with the taste of the food! The wings were literally the worst thing I’ve ever tasted ! And the pizza was made with old ingredients! I worked at a pizza place and that pizza literally would have got me fired!

We love Andres. Great neighborhood pizza place. Very family friendly, the staff and owner are always friendly and helpful. Pizza is great, so are the subs and eat in family deals are very budget friendly. Only downside are the highschooers that flock there during weekdays at lunch — but Andres is great for a quick and affordable family dinner.

I’ve been here five times for pizza. The first two times I was extremely satisfied. The third time was terrible but, I gave it another try. I wasn’t satisfied. The last time I went in to pick up my pizza was probably my last. I ordered ahead of time for pick up. I was told my order would be ready in 20 minutes. When I arrived just a bit more than 20 minutes later the guy ahead of me was being told that his order wasn’t ready and that there had been a mix up. When I finally got to the counter to pay they said mine would be right up. I say down for 20 minutes before my name was called. It wasn’t crowded at all. I got home and opened up my pizza and found it was terrible. I can’t believe the inconsistency of this place. I’d prefer not to gamble with my food orders so I’ve moved on to a new place!

I’ve been coming here since high school. Simply put, the food is delicious, the place is terrible. I come back because we mostly get take out. The subs are absolutely incredible. They are consistent and sizable. The subs have a special sauce which adds all the flavor to it. The pizza is also delicious, and the slices are generous. They make good«everything» in my opinion. Now, if you ever go into Andre’s you’ll realize you don’t want to go in, because it always looks a bit dirty. We usually go in during the evenings, and for some reason, there’s always a table or two that isn’t cleaned up or dirty. And you know what, after I asked my husband, why don’t they fix this place up? It looks so bad– he answered –well, if this place mainly caters to high school students, who 1) bring most of their revenue in 2) will create a mess, break chairs and break god knows what else — then what’s the point of repairing and fixing up the place. Which is true… But it might drive other people away. Overall, the food is delicious, but I’ll be getting take out most of the time.

I came here maybe twice already with my co workers It was ok, the price is cheap and they never take too long, but the pizzas was a bit to greasy for me, and a bit thin not the best Not a fan of the fact that I’m not allowed to use my phone while ordering. I would Probably keep away from this place if you have a choice.

I rarely give 2 stars and even rarer is the occasion when I give a 1 star. In total I’ve eaten here two times and based on the reviews I only had good thoughts going in, but one thing each of the posted reviews is missing is a description of the environment you’ll be walking into. Even a small one will do. I’m not trying to come off as harsh, but I can’t recommend this pizza place to anyone. One word, roaches. And not tiny little baby cockroaches, big a$$ roaches that probably have a car, house, and a dog that they walk on a leash. These things were some of the biggest cockroaches I’ve ever seen. There’s only a handful of things that I’m deathly afraid of and cockroaches are pretty high up there on that list(unless they touch me, then I go HAM) so imagine how much I freaked out when I was eating a slice of pizza and a pet-sized cockroach ran out from under my table and took a leisurely stroll through Andre’s. The place could use a good cleaning… it’s a bit dingy to say the least. Before I get to the food or service or anything else, I’m going to continue with the state of AP. One of the biggest tell-tales on a restaurant’s cleanliness and practices is the manner in which they keep the bathroom. Was I a little pissed off when I had to use paper towels(that weren’t even in the paper towel holder… just sitting on top of the toilet) to wipe? Ya, just a little. The [women’s] bathroom is just not in good shape, at all. If you’re still feeling brave after reading all that, then I’ll tell you about the food. It’s simply okay. I’m unimpressed by the pizza, brownies(that honestly taste like a Betty Crocker cake mix), and cookies. I have not and will not be trying anything else. The pizzas on a very thin crust and the pepperoni(I can’t speak on the cheese) pizza has pools of grease on it. Like I said, it’s just okay. I’m not saying I’ve never had this quality of pizza and enjoyed it, sure… I think we all have. When we were 6. Eating at school. Public school. Again, not impressed. There’s no waiters/waitresses. Place your order, pick it up, seat yourself. That’s fine because a waitress is never really necessary in a pizza place unless it’s gourmet or specialty. The cashiers are friendly enough. One tip though, you can’t use your cell phone while you’re ordering… I’ve never heard that one before, but AP believes it makes their computers slow. I just want to point out the computers are slow… all on their own, but maybe cell phones do interfere with it and make it worse, I don’t know. Again, would not recommend. It’s cheap, but I can’t say that it’s worth it.

I have loved this place since it opened in the 80’s. Pizza is always good, but we come for the sandwiches!

30″ pies served here and pretty darn good, may I add! Made exactly as asked, I enjoyed every morsal of this pizza. I am a serious critic of pizza out side of my NYC/NJ greatest, so please take my word for it on this one. I KNOW good pizza. You can rest assured that your pizza will be made fresh to order, never made previously.

This place doesn’t promise much when you first walk in. It has a hint of grunge at first glance. After you’ve allowed yourself to adjust to your surroundings, you’ll be treating yourself to some good food. While pizza maybe in the name, the sandwiches are the stars in my eyes. When the taste of the sweet bread, on their delectable sandwiches touches your tongue, you will instantly be in love. Another secret to the greatness is the dressing they send with the sandwiches(so ask for extra). There are lunch specials, which offer a salad and a sandwich for a great price. So go for a delicious and affordable bite. Don’t forget to grab a brownie on the way out and finish the meal right.
