Worst customer service ever!!! I’m still waiting for ‘the boss’ to come and finish setting up the rest of my tent. 2 employees, who got lost coming over, left a half set up tent. I called the store on Doniphan yesterday to get an estimated delivery time and was told by the rude girl that answered the phone ‘she didn’t know’ .
Today I called to ask again, still another ride girl said around 3pm and then she hung up on me.
When I called again to find out when ‘the boss’ would be here, I was told he’s on his way. It’s been a good 30 minutes and I’m tired of waiting for something that I was told would take an hour to set up.
Never again will I do business with Party World. I’ll start renting from the little guy that advertises on the side of the road.
