A Vision of Love Salon/Spa & 3D Ultrasound

Our first visit here I enjoyed the technician we had and our overall experience. I don’t know her name but she was really wonderful. I had liked the atmosphere and the products being safer for mom and baby. Unfortunately our baby was not cooperative during our first session so we were offered a session for re-takes.The technician said babies are often more active earlier in the day and suggested we try for an earlier session so we booked one for earlier in the day the next week but then someone from the salon called and re-​scheduled us for a later time. I emailed to try to get an earlier appointment but no one ever emailed me back. The re-​take technician, Neesa (sp.?) was not as patient or quite as friendly as the first technician and the photos were much worse than the first set. Maybe she was having a bad day since she mentioned all the sessions that day had been going like ours but it was a far cry from our relaxing, peaceful first visit. She was kind of yelling at our baby and massaged my stomach in an attempt to get the baby to move. After looking at the photos she said, «Well it didn’t want to move but you got a few. Are you ready for me to make your cd?» and kind of just shuffled us out the door. Our first experience and second experience were completely different… like night and day. I guess there was a miscommunication because we were told that we would get printed out photos from the session but we only received 4. The attitude in the salon was much different than it was the first time we went. Even the person at the front desk was rather abrupt as opposed to our first visit when we were there. She asked if we wanted any water or anything and because the baby was asleep I asked for juice, which was brought automatically the first visit. She said they had run out of juice but then went back and came out with some. For the price we paid I will be honest that I am a little disappointed. The pictures I do have on cd are blurry and the others have the umbilical cord in front of them. I also would like people to know that the re-​take session is only 10 or 15 minutes so if you are driving a long distance like we did it might not be worth it. Feeling kind of sad. At least with the Valentines Special I did receive a manicure and pedicure however it chipped after one day. I am giving the experience three stars for the first visit, but took some off for the second visit. Overall a good concept but the difference between both visits was pretty drastic and not what we had hoped for.

This place was great! Comfortable room that is big enough to accommodate more family members. The ultrasound tech was very courteous and knowledgable. She was patient because baby was being very stubborn and lazy and didn’t want to open his legs! After some cold water and a little massaging, she was able to find a little twig and berries! At only 15 weeks I was amazed that you could see so much. Definitely going back for 3D pictures later on!

This place is awesome. We got the platinum package which includes two visits with lots of extras. I never had this luxury with my first two kids because it was a decade ago and ultrasounds wee only in 2d.
The ease of scheduling an appointment was great. They even text you a cute reminder message. At my first appointment I was only 16 weeks and they were able to determine gender. The office is comfortable and can fit 9 – 10 people in the ultrasound room (I had a lot of family members with me)!

Feel comfortable the whole time. They offered me a repeat appointment because my baby was very stubborn and we couldn’t see her face. I was okay with the pictures I got because they actually turned out great.
I went in for my second portion of the package at 32 weeks. Wow! What a difference! The baby was still a girl, haha and there were awesome features on her face that look great. The tech took her time to show me hands, feet, nose and lips. She was always pleasant and very patient with the other kids I had in the room with me. Again this visit was very comfortable and I felt like I was in a great environment!
I would really recommend this place because of the ease of scheduling, the timeliness of the tech (never had to wait), and the overall comfort that my family and I felt.

Love that they do military discount! I was having an issue with a sonographer so I contacted the Facebook page and they are giving me a redo! I have been to one of these places before and they told me «sorry, better luck next time.» The TV screen is huge and it is very homey. I highly recommend this place. :)

Love this place! Staff is super nice! This will be our second time returning with them! The room they have is big and you can fit several people in there I love the decorations! The price match and do military discount. I would highly recommend to friends and family
