Awful! Dirty! Rude! The guy is rude to the employees and clients. He was overwhelmed with the amount of costumers and instead of making them feel welcomed everyone felt uncomfortable and unwanted. Several ladies walked out. Then he told me he couldn’t do my fill because I had gel nail polish. I also asked if he new how to shape the nails into coffin and he said no. Maybe he needs to invest in more training

I went in for a underarm wax and this lady hurt me so much! They pluck me until I bled! Not coming here again.

The place is filthy with roaches here and there, they don’t sterilize their equipment or use cleaning products in their spa area. Their spa chairs are old and the material is ripping apart from wear and tear.
The staff is very rude they only speak English at their convenience.
I asked for a full set and pedicure when I arrived. I was seated in a spa chair right away and was handed color samples to choose from. A lady started to work on my feet within 10 min of soaking. There was a customer next to me who already had her feet done but was having a manicure with another lady. Once that customer was done the lady working on my foot got up and decided to clean that seat and 2 others wearing the same gloves she had on when working on my feet after 15 min when she returned I stopped her and asked her to change her gloves she played stupid until someone told her to do it. After that I was ignored. No foot massage either.
She took forever to do my feet that weren’t that bad to begin with I trimmed my nails before I went like I always do Cuz it’s always extra for nail salons.
The sign said 12.99 for pedicure and free sandals.
I decided not to do full set since I was there almost 2 hours already.
My bill was $ 18.00 I asked them why and no one said anything I waited for an answer then knew I was getting no where with these people so I paid left no tip and this review.
The man doing the acrylic looked like he did a good job but since they’re really dirty it ain’t worth catching something

Okay I absolutely love how they do everything here but the only thing I don’t like is their customer service. Specially from the guy which I’m guessing is the owner. He’s honestly so rude that I have honestly decided to stop coming here because of how rude he is. He makes his own hours of operation and if you call with any questions he’s unwilling to nicely answer them. He has a «I don’t wanna be here face» most of the time. It’s so annoying that I will never go to this place ever again. Even if I love how the lady does my eyebrows here :(

We just moved in the area and my wife tried this placed for the first time and she got a bad infection on her finger, prices are cheap but i guess you get what you pay for!!!

No reviews for this place??? This is my second time here. I don’t live near the area or else I’d visit more often. They did a great job of getting my feet nice and smooth. My heels get pretty dry too when I wear sandals. Of all the different salons ive visited in the last two years, they were the only ones that did a proper job of removing all the dead skin. After I had long gone I stubbed my toe and smudged the paint on my big toe. I returned hours later and the nice lady (believe her name was Tammy) who initially did my pedicure, remembered me and although she had a client she was attending too, she was able to fix it in a minute so it did not disrupt her customer or inconvenience me by waiting. And she fixed it free of charge! Whenever im in town i try to stop by.
