Starbucks

Longo Toyota is doing their part in the draught and not allowing any car wash free or paid. Instead they are give away a free Star Bucks tall coffee or tea coupon instead. Excellent customer service; The Green Siren coffee employees are kind and helpful.

Was helped by Steph today– she was AWESOME! She is super professional and friendly! She suggested the white chocolate mocha blended and it’s exactly what I wanted. I wish all Starbucks employees could be as awesome as she is! Oh and my drink is amazing as well:)

Worse Starbucks ever… Attitude problems. I don’t get it why work with the public if you hate serving the public!!!

The baristas here always greet me with smiles on their faces, no matter how early it is on a weekend (per se 7:30 am). Customer service is most definitely 5 stars!
This Starbucks location is inside of Longo Toyota. Since they are not an independent store, one cannot redeem Starbucks rewards. There are plenty of tables around the Starbucks kiosk and plenty of sockets are well if you need to charge your phone or etc with your chargers. The seating area is right next to Longo cashiers so once you hear your name called, you can quickly get to the cashiers and check out. There is free wi-​fi, courtesy of Longo. When getting your car serviced here, you can also borrow one of their ipads to use, which I like to use while I sit and wait for my vehicle to get tuned.

Is this Starbucks for real? This location suck donkey ass… not coming here ever again.
Ok so I order a teavana shaken ice tea, first the girl charged overprice on the drink compare all the other places. I also asked for an extra pump and didn’t get jack?.. Once I’m done and asked for a refill on the regular tea, the Asian dude that works there refused to give me a refill. He said because its a different type of tea, but I only wanted the regular type. his answer was the same shit. like wtf? I bought a more expensive and overpriced type of tea and he wouldn’t give me a refill on the regular tea? the hell?
All the other places I went to, and I’ve been to pretty much every Starbucks there are, had no problem giving free refill on things like this. And I didn’t even get the extra stars in my Starbucks gold card during an event at this place… really man?
Freaking bullsht employee and staff. this place is the worst experience ever. This Starbucks isn’t even a part of the Starbucks corporation, they’re basically using the name and just do their own things. if only I could rate this place a negative star. This place not only giving starbucks a bad name, I also feel like I made the biggest mistake in my life stepping foot into this place.

tarbucks Longo is my favorite place to go if I need to go to The Longo Toyota for the enterprise since they have one located inside this huge dealership. I don’t mind going here since for some reason they provide lower rate than other enterprise even though they actually a family company like in n out but anyway the barista is nice and the service is fast the only downside regarding this place is that you can not claim your free drink but that’s has been a while hopefully they change their policy now as other franchise Starbucks like the one on university or target they can adjust the policy so it does not bound with other regular Starbucks location or branches. Anyway its on the way trip so I would not complain and the taste is great anyway Woooo!!!

I love the staff here!!! Super friendly and know me by first name basis (I obviously come here a lot.)
Drinks are always made quickly and well — I have never been disappointed by anything made by the baristas here.
The pastries are always filled every morning with plenty of selection.

I’ve never had such a bad Starbucks experience. I have Starbucks several times a day at many different locations. Today while going through the drive-​thru at this particular Starbucks I had a terrible experience. The lady in the drive-​thru was very rude, never greeted me, tried handed me the wrong drink when I was very nice about it, then handed me my drinks and didn’t say not one thing after. Then when I drove off, I noticed my drink was made wrong. So upset I even only created this account JUST to write this cause I’ve never had such a bad experience at a Starbucks. All I wanted was a Starbucks and I basically got a cup of ice and a bad attitude.

I come here many time. I still like the drink here because it is my favorite. I like the service also because I don’t need wait to get my drink.

So happy that there is a Starbucks at the Longo Toyota and Lexus dealership. While the location is small, it’s at least nice to get some good coffee. They usually are under staffed, which is weird because they know that it is always going to be crowded. Longo must have hundreds of employees and even more customers coming daily. They also do not have a warmer so you can’t get any heated items. Seems like they should consider expanding a little. The service is usually a little slow. This time there were three people in front of me, all of whom ordered venti ice waters. Really? Come on! The employees are always nice so I deal with the live. Saves me time if I am dropping off my car in the morning or waiting to get an oil change.

I ordered a tall very berry hibiscus with no ice and it came back about 75% full. I’ve never seen such bad service at a Starbucks, and I was so shocked I couldn’t even say anything about it to them! What the heck? Really, Starbucks? I can’t believe how cheap they were — as if filling an order with 2 more ounces of liquid is really gonna break the bank. Come on. Don’t go here if you can help it, even if it is conveniently next to the Longo car dealership.

I love this starbucks location! It’s a perfect location in the toyota service station. It’s a full starbucks location, with lots of seating and wifi for while you wait for your car to be fixed. The people are friendly and great.
Parking is obviously wherever your car is getting fixed or if your there to grab a coffee, they have a few parking stalls right out front in the toyota lot.

I come here for their frappuccinos. Not a car.
That’s saying something.

This starbucks sucks. I order a large Carmel coffee frapp. it looked white like its milk n ice blended so I ask for another one cus it was too plan. the grl made another n she says she added more caffeine. Well now its super bitter. I have always get this kind of frapp n it taste sweet never soo bitter or so milky plain.

This Starbucks is great! It gives you something to do (drink a frap or eat a danish) while you wait for your car (which takes hours). They have a great selection of treats and cold food to choose from on top of all of the drinks they have!

This is a nice addition to Longo Toyota.
Pretty chilled atmosphere.
I had a chillled orange mango. They ran out of bananas and gave me a free size upgrade.
Talk about great service!

Saves me from waiting for my car!

This Starbucks location is perfect… right inside Longo Toyota, while you wait for your car.
Unfortunately during the week, it’s a one-​man show, so it was slow, but that doesn’t matter since i have to be here for 3 hours anyway!
The regular menu has been truncated to fit in the holiday menu, so if your favorite drink isn’t listed, you have to ask.
