what a horrible experience appointment my appt. was at 9:45 AM and ended up leaving at 1:30PM!!! I ran out of this horrendous place. they send me out with my eyes dilated and with no shades or eye wear to leave the location. complete unprofessional behavior. The girl in the front office was OK not really helpful. I was moved from the front to the back what i see more people waiting to see the tech. One of the assistance was a totally a jackass and so rude and uncaring, didn’t care if her job service was good or not. I felt like cattle b/​c by the time i got there, there was about 20 other people before me… I’m like did he over book just for the $$$ and careless for the quality time he is going to be providing… it SCREAMING HELL YEAH! I don’t know what i was thinking waiting all this time for the DR. A RED flag should have gone up the minute the girl in the front ask me for the money up front. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. BEWARE IF YOU SEE 20 PEOPLE BEFORE YOU AND YOUR APPT IS AT 9:45 YOU KNOW YOUR JUST CATTLE AND YOU BE HERE FOREVER OR THE WHOLE DAY. I hope that Georgina finds a better DR to work for b/​c that office sucked Royally! the so called DR was a idiot. didn’t really are if i was there or not.
