Dirty, depressing, staff is not good, long response times

My mom was here for one week before she went back to hospital. The last day of her stay was a total gamechanger. My mom had a stroke but was trying to talk… She progressively began to become more nonverbal while at Alliance. The nurse practitioner (never saw a doctor) insisted that it was the «dying process» because my mom was very ill. She gave my mom 2 days to live. When we finally saw the insurance (caremore) doctor, he seemed confused about who my mom was… He offered random recommendations and was hesitant to sending her to hospital. Turns out she had two more strokes and was severly dehydrated. I think it is ombudsman time.

I just found out today that after my mom complained about my dad’s sore on his buttocks, his doctor actually got him a special bed on the same day so that his sore wouldn’t get worse. I really need to find out her name. But so happy about that. I wasn’t very pleased with them but thing are looking up!

I was so pleased to feel welcomed and attended to by the nice staff taking the time to greet and answer questions we had. I appreciated the clean and organized atmosphere. Great to see the festive activities. Thank you to all!

HORRIBLE, DISGUSTING, DEPRESSING facility my dad was released from kaiser to finish recovery at this facility I took him in Friday night and right away as you walk in it looks outdated sad smelly. We took him out the very next day. The staff is unpleasant and you can tell they hate their job there rude as well as don’t seem to know what’s going on either that or their just lazy. I would not recommended this place to anyone so research first before any facility is picked

i was very impressed with this place. Frequently these places have an disinfectant odor. This place smells like nothing. No bad smells at all. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
