I had a GREAT experience with True Blue. I woke up on a Saturday morning, went to start my car, and nothing… I decided to call True Blue because they offer towing services, and are close to my house; I am so glad I did. I made the initial call to request a tow at 8:56; it is now 10:09, and I am sitting at home, typing this review, with a car that starts again. Prices were VERY reasonable– even with adding in the towing fees and adding an oil change, I paid significantly less than the last time I had to replace my battery (which did NOT include towing), AND the work was completed faster. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

These people are very fair and reasonably priced. I would recommend them to anybody to have auto repairs done I am a repeat customer, my mom is a repeat customer and my wife. That should say a lot for most automotive places. Have peace of mind use true blue automotive!!! Thanks for doing such a great job on my oil leak fix!

True blue automotive is truly the best in Phoenix. The staff is courteous and treats you just like family. Prices are phenomenal. The mechanic is extremely knowledgable. My truck was acting up and Anthony said «Put the phone to the vehicle». He diagnosed my vehicle over a phone. Never heard that done before. All customers of all types: I give my vote to True Blue Automotive for your vehicles care.

As a woman, I find that taking my car in for any kind of work (even a simple oil change) is about as fun of an experience as going to the dentist. That is, until I found this place!
If they find something wrong they explain it to me & provide me with options & suggestions. I never feel pressured to accept anything or go beyond my budget.
The people who work there are truly honest, hard working individuals & I know because there have been a couple of instances were they told me how to get the work done cheaper, even if it meant them not making a profit.
The prices are reasonable & they are very fast. I’ve waited longer for my car to get washed at the car wash, lol.
They have flexible hours:
Mondays through Fridays: 7:30 am to 4 pm.
Saturday: 7:30 am to 4 pm.
Sunday: closed
