Out of all the vehicles on the road guess I was picked for a ticket due to my California plates. Then when I did pay it the pmt was returned because my online pmt requested a first name (I go by first initial and than my full middle name) and my credit card had my first initial and middle name with same last name which is what was put online. Because they could not put two and two together I now have an addt’l $ 150 because they supposedly sent an em (never rec’d) because they couldn’t validate that a first initial represented the full first name.
