Ray’s Stor-All Self-Storage

I rented a 10′ x 30′ storage unit from the dishonest guy that owns the place. He forgot to tell me that the every 4 feet the overhead beams drip water from condensation if it gets cold. So when I came the next day early and my couches and tables were soaked, I was shocked and devasted. I went to tell him to come see what had happened and he said” I know what it looks like“and «I needed to cover my things!!!» I was overwelmed and not sure what to do, as I had 2 days to get my things out of the house, we had made several trips the previous day, so what to do??? I left there and went looking for another storage unit, I did find one and went back to Ray’s and told the woman behind the counter I wanted my money back as the owner was not available… It took 18 days to get my $$$$ back!!! What a dishonest business owner he is… gives small business a bad name!!!
