Not the best yogurt shop as far as toppings and flavors go but the staff is very friendly. The shop is clean (cleanliness at food places is a big deal to me).
It’s your run of the mill yogurt shops with the staff as the best part about it.

We loved this spot especially when it opened. It is clean and very well designed. Love that it is family owned. We just would like the quality of yogurt to be better. It is very icy and runny especially during busy time, like when school gets out. Their competitor doesn’t have this issue so wondering if it is a quality issue or machine issue but kids choose to go other places now. I’m bummed because I love the atmosphere and location convenience. Let us know if this changes and we would love to come back more consistently.

I really like this place, go to it all the time. Its a family owned business and everyone that works there is really nice and cheery. The frozen yogurt is good, the only reason why I don’t give it a 5 star recommendation is because the dispensers are kinda slow. I asked about it and they said that it had something to do with the climate control or something.
Recently, they began an incentive program for early in the week. 2 for ones, unlimited flat rate fillups, etc. and also, ask for a vip card. Its free and you get 10% off each purchase with it.

This is by far the best yogurt shop in El Dorado Hills. I always have a positive experience every time I come. The yogurt is absolutely delicious (LOVE the chocolate) and the toppings I get are always fresh. They also have ice cream novelty treats and huge otter pops for sale. The place is clean and the employees are very friendly. It’s spacious and there’s plenty of seating inside and out. I also like all the TVs that play music videos. I always get a sense of nostalgia every time an 80’s tune starts playing. :)

Went to this location the other day when it was hot. Walked in and wanted to get something cold because I had been working outside all day. The young girl at the behind the counter said that the cash register was not working. I said that is OK, I will give you cash and you can keep the change. She just looked at me blankly and said «the case register is not working.»
I said «take the cash, get me something cold and you can ring it in later.» She just looked confused. So I walked out and went to subway and got a large cup of ice water for free.
Thanks for nothing.

I come here a lot with my dad, but today I came with my mom and brother and sister and a nanny so my mom doesn’t have to carry both of them and try to eat yogurt.
I like this place a lot. They have lots of flavors that are good especially when you use the toppings. I wish they had whip cream. This is a good place to come for yogurt

First time here, as I have too many kids to leave my home regularly!
Shop is very clean & modern looking, love the orange leather couch! Large selection of flavors, and too many toppings to count. The owner (I’m assuming) let my 2-​year old flip the switch for the disco ball to turn on; I’m sure that’s a fun sight at night when it lights up the store!
I ended up having the Luscious Lemon mixed with the Original Tart, it tastes exactly like a Margarita!!! Loved it!
Will definitely come back, especially at night so the kids can enjoy the disco ball in full effect.
Ended up getting the coffee yogurt to go so when I want a much needed frappachino and Starbucks is closed, I can make a similar one at home!

The yogurt is great and the selection of treats on top taste great. Will be back more often during this summer when it gets hot

My wife and I take our grandchildren there (because I want to go) great yogurt cute place and we all love it! It’s nice to see a local business do well KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK

I have been going here for years and i was very pleased with all there flavors and topping. its sad seeing how it has changed over the years. owners don’t talk to customers like they use to they walk in and out and barely even talk to there employees. also the store hasn’t been as clean as it once was most employees just sit around or just stand behind computer but i don’t blame them being the only one in the store it probably gets boring. when i asked for a manager the employee said they don’t have on. this shocked me why isn’t there a manager at all times working to answer questions or address problems. then i asked for the owner they said they couldn’t give me his number i said ok when will he be in. the employee said idk they don’t come in much, sometimes they don’t come in for a week or longer. all i wanted to do was call them and make them aware how there store has changed. they have had a broken tv for months now, they play songs that shouldn’t be heard by children, never any whip cream it been broken for a long time, employees standing around, garbage overflowing, candy and spills on the ground. this place us to look very nice and neat and a joy to visit but i am finding myself going to big spoon more and more. i really hope the people who own this read this and they change something quickly.

The girls there do a bang up job, but when ever the guy there the store filled with a bunch of kids. Which might be hurt their business.

Have been coming here for a very long time and its sad to see the decline in the products offered.
Flavors are generically routine.
Yogurt is melting right out of the dispenser.
Toppings have been stale.
All employees are very kind and helpful but we are after a product and its not the quality we are use to seeing.
Sadly, we won’t be back anytime soon!

Good selection of flavors and always very clean. Easy location

Great yogurt, no question! Great topping selection, self-​serve, unique flavors, all make for an awesome yogurt eating experience. The staff is friendly but often goes in the back and you are left awaiting their return to pay… for a while. Also, the music videos that makes up the «rockin» part of the business is a bit inappropriate for younger children, (they might want to change that). I do like the fact that they sponsor local school events. Overall a decent yogurt shop.

I went in here on Monday after I picked my kids up from school, and I have to say, I left really irritated. The teenage worker refused to let me sample more than one yogurt flavor before I purchased. I asked her for two samples cups, which are kept behind the counter, and she told me, «the owners told us that we can only give one sample per person.» Seriously? I wanted to taste the orange and the pineapple and pick one, but she refused to give me two samples. Its industry standard at ice cream shops to be able to try a few samples before choosing. If the owners are seriously this cheap, I don’t know what to say about that. I took my two kids, left without buying anything, and drove over to rite aid who has thrifty’s ice cream. Guess what, they had no problem letting me sample two flavors before I chose which one I was going to get. I won’t be going back to this place! As over priced as they are, if they wouldn’t have been too cheap to allow me to sample two flavors, they would have sold three large frozen yogurts. Instead, their cheap mentality and snotty teenage worker lost out on a sale, and a potential costumer.

Nice yogurt shop! Great flavors. Love the yellow cake Batter and all the toppings. I have visited it often with grandkids. They love it. They automatically headed for the Otis Spunkmyer chocolate chip cookies which there were only 2 left and it was at 2 in the afternoon. The fruit selections were low this time also. Of course we will be back.

YUM! Yellow cake Batter YUM! only 4 stars coz It is very costly but i guess the rent is high.

Same ol yogurt shop. they do have more unique flavors than others, but the mix ins are standard. The «help» basically just stands around and watched tv… good yogurt though.

YAY! Yummy frozen yogurt that is open late!
I love tart so I only tried the tart flavor but there are lots of options to choose from.
I like RF yogurt place because it’s super clean and has a wide selection of mochii toppings, and every other topping you can think of.
The yogurt is competitively priced and tastes good. The fruit toppings are fresh and in season. Nice open ambiance;it’s a good place to hang out.
So one other thing is that they serve cupcakes from Cheesecake factory. So what if you don’t feel like froyo? Eat a cupcake!
Service is friendly and helpful. The cashier said the watermelon flavor is addicting so I’ll definitely have to return to Rockin’ Frog to try it for myself.

omg they had espresso flavor (non-​tart)!!! yummers! And people, seriously, don’t worry about coming here on a HOT day because you will get frozen yogurt and not melted goopy frozen yogurt. God, I love this place.
