McDonald’s

Definitely check your order every time before you leave the drive thru. I have ordered a #1 here a couple times and they forgot the Big Mac, like that’s the main event and I don’t feel like driving back.
Dining in has always been chill and quick. Missing nugget sauce and burgers is always a problem (at this point it’s my bad for forgetting to check at the window).

Looks like most of the McDonald’s stores in this general area are getting shabby reviews. At first I thought the sloppy unsanitary McDonalds in Berkeley (which has recently been remodeled) the absolute worst I’d ever been to, surpassing even the sketchy Richmond location. But even though this store looks neat and tidy, the service can be so slow and disorganized I think I saw snails and turtles getting up and leaving without placing an order. Okay I’m just kidding. But I’m not kidding about having to stand in line waiting to place an order for almost 40 minutes one day has one lone guy stood there at the register trying to take care of all those people. I felt sorry for him as he apologized while taking my order. I told him «you’re not the manager. It’s not your fault». I should have had some words with the manager, but it was very busy there and I had things to do. Sorry to say, I won’t be back.

This is THE MOST disgusting Mcdonalds I have ever been to. Doing laundry down the street and decided to get something to eat while they were drying. As soon as i walked in it smelled like urine. I seen this lady, who spoke no english, mopping the floor. The mop bucket was filthy, smells like urine and was not even hot water (there was no stem coming out of the bucket) she was getting the floor so wet there was a puddle and someone slipped. As soon as the woman got up the lady mopping the floor pointed to the «caution wet floor sign» way across the room. I waited in front of the cash register for 6 minutes while the manager and another lady were conversing about a coupon. They never once looked at me to say hold on or anything. Overall just DISGUSTING…

Do not come here fucking blind dogs can do there jobs they hire people who don’t fucking understand you spend you money else where they need to learn how to mange this place how fucking hard is it to take a order face to face

I’m mad I have to even give this place one star… Growing up eating McDonald’s I learned you can’t expect quality service from these places… But never in 24 years of living has McDonald’s ever served me WARM, and FLAT SODA until last week… I really think they poured Coke out of a 2 liter and threw ice in it. But these are the people going on strike and protesting for $ 15 an hour? Good luck on that. I used to do HARD physical labor at that rate, you people can’t even give a customer fresh fries… It don’t work like that… sorry.

This is like any other McDonald’s at night. Little slow. …extra «flavor» in the old grease… no salt on the lukewarm fries. Only writing this because of one thing. There’s a strange lady who takes your order and then your money at the first drive-​up window. Then she spends like 1 minute each examining every 1 5 10 and $ 20 bill. Not for the usual things but up to the light at 3 different angles over and over. Once I paid for my order and then added another item BEFORE she handed me my $ 6 and change. Well, kept 5 and gave me the rest. She then spent another minute reexamining the same bill. Strange. Also part of the reason it’s so slow. Anyone else notice this?

Stop hiring people that don’t want to work here! Stop hiring people that have no clue as to what’s on the menu! I love the oatmeal that MacDonald serves and I normally order it from another location for breakfast. However, when I go to this location I swear I have to REPEAT my order at least 3x. To top it off, the cashier had the nerve to tell me that they don’t normally give out receipts. Clearly there needs to be some serious recoaching because the receipt is apart of the transaction. In a normal setting, a customer pays and the employee gives a receipt in return. Ugh! And… if your sign says that you’re OPEN 24hrs why are you closed from 2am-​4am??? Went here one time for a cup of coffee before I got on the road. Nothing but rude and lazy employees… this place sucks …

It’s McDonalds. But, they consistently have good coffee, sometimes at the ridiculously low price of $ 1 for any size. We really like the Chocolate Chip Frappé and depending on what time it is, we’ll get an order of fries to munch on. If the fries are hot, their good. The service has been okay. The drive thru order speaker needs to be replaced. Inside doesn’t scream «Proud to be McDonalds». But it’s not filthy either. This is a great location. The amount of traffic they get must be constant. The beggars don’t seem to be too thick. They seem to go to the people sitting at the outside tables asking for hand outs. There’s a tip. Eat inside or your car!
The drive thru entrance is on San Pablo Ave. No where else. The parking lot is very tight and the flow is From San Pablo Ave. I’ve gotten it wrong and was the center of attention for a couple of minutes. Awkward.

It’s McDonald’s, nothing more or less, although they tend to oversalt their fries, and the restrooms are in need of maintenance.

only one cashier, it was taking awhile, just 2 people in line. took my minutes to locate coffee section. no $ 1 coffee offered here, so went for the sm, (1.19) black to go.

Ordered from drive through, I was told to pull up and wait and someone will bring the food to outside for me. It actually took them for ever to give me my order

The Mother and I went to this McDonald’s to kill some time after bringing Bianco to his groomer. It was a toss up between Burger King or McDonald’s – whichever we saw first driving south. Okay, McDonald’s it is – it was first before BK. We had breakfast first and it is one of the ²⁴⁄₇ Drive-​Thru McDonald’s.
It was definitely a McDonald’s. Challenging entrance and choosing parking or the drive-​thru? Check. Confusing parking lot? Check. Finding a space? Check. Walking to the entrance in front of the drive-​thru exit? Check. Yup, the usual drive-​thru and parking layout that does not make sense. Check.
I was reading the other reviews for this particular McDonald’s. We must have caught them on a good day. Placing the order was easy and it was nice and hot in under five minutes by the time our order number was called. Now when The Mother notices and comments, «Wow! That was fast,» then all is going to be good. (The management must have been reading the previous reviews.)
This particular McDonald’s branch is small compared to the two in Berkeley and Oakland that I have commented on. This is definitely a location where if you choose to eat in, just eat and leave. Not exactly conducive to be in a social hub like the other McDonald’s. Just eat and leave, should take about 30 minutes.
I think we will be back at this McDonald’s for eats the next time we bring Bianco to his groomer. Good to have an option.

Love this Mc. Donald’s. I been coming to this place for a very long time. But somebody call this place a pig pen just because certain tables looked a little messy.

This McDonald’s have really poor customer service. It’s slow and management sucks really bad. Their lucky it’s the closest McDonald’s near my area. They need to hire more workers. Maybe if they paid them a little more, more people would apply.

Love this McDonald’s…I stop by here almost every morning for the fantastic oatmeal and coffee. The girls and guys working here are incredibly efficient and kind. Hayat is exceptional!

This McDonald’s is super slow. We sat in the drive thru for at least 20 minutes to get 3 sundaes. The people in front of us were ordering a lot of food and the staff brought each thing to them individually. First cheeseburgers, then fries, and finally drinks. When We finally did get our sundaes they were half melted. This is the worse McDonald’s I have been too!

The workers here are all clueless. Our food took 15 minutes. Definitely the opposite of «fast food»
They call out the food items versus just calling the service #. Why? It just adds more confusion to an already chaotic establishment.
And no surprise — they gave us the wrong order as well.

I like Mcdonalds but this one in particular is terrible. Theres not ONE time that i come and have a good experience but yet i come back since its the closest to me
Lets start with the drive thru
The employees are TERRIBLE theyre all mexican except for like 2 people and they always mess up your order as well. Theres this one stupid girl that acts like Mcdonalds is a fckin 5 star restaurant and irritates EVERYONE. The other lady hands your food like fckin Hulk. Now inside its in Richmond so keep that in mind but ALL kinds of creepy and dirty people come in all the time, they mop the floor with a stanky dirty old mop that looks like theyve had it from the 1^st century ! They are SUPER stingy with their sauces most Mcdonalds and other places will give them for free but noo, here like how we say theyre «Codo» ! Dont come here, youre better off having better service at a Kwik-​E-​Mart

Yes, I will admit it: I will occasionally eat at McDonald’s… Okay I even think their french fries are the best around and I really like Big Macs… I live close-​by to this McDonald’s and man I tell you — this has to be the worst McDonald’s in the franchise in terms of drive through order accuracy. The only reason I gave it two stars is that the staff is usually friendly and the «grounds» are reasonably clean… the food is prepared properly, however
This McDonald’s cant get a drive through order served right, in my personal experience, nine out of ten visits — the order is wrong. Oh it certainly is correct on the receipt (and I think their prices are higher /​yes there is a variance within the chain), and by the time you get home (or more recently inspect it before driving away) you find something missing. What I find fascinating is that the order is never wrong, so much as plain incomplete — what are the odds?
If you go here, take it from a semi-​frequent customer who lives near-​by and places «normal» (basic value menu, etc.) orders, check your meal before driving away, chances are from my experience is that it will be incomplete (never giving you something you didn’t order /​just missing something you did) — yikes. What a weak link to an otherwise clean, conveniently located and friendly location.
