I’ve been going here for 3 ½ years, so I guess that gives me some sort of credibility. Generally good service and fair prices. Yeah, they write on your clothes — didn’t bother me, but I can see how it would bother others. The issue is, whenever anything goes wrong, they get all defensive, blame the customer, and get nasty and rude. I had a very expensive Brooks Brothers shirt. It was okay when I took it in, but when I went to put it on(out of the bag) I noticed that the color and stripes had been«bleached out» — what you would get if you dropped a shirt into a puddle of some strong chemical — you know, like(just a wild guess here) undiluted Dry Cleaning chemicals. My wife took it in, and the man(who is a grade A ass****) tried to intimidate her; «We don’t use chemicals here», «You are trying to steal from us», «You are lying», etc. I went in a week later, and talked to the lady, who told me that either: 1) The shirt was poor quality($ 60 Brooks Brothers?) 2) The shirt was old and it faded(Huh?) 3) I rubbed the color off by leaning against something(but the fabric was fine) and a bunch of other BS. So, go ahead and go there, if you want to play the«we’ll ruin your stuff and blame you» lottery. If you want to deal with professionals, I’d advise going somewhere else.

Shame on them for writing on my clothes! I took my clothes here to get dry cleaned. Folks are super friendly so I really wanted to like them. Paid $ 45 for cleaning two jackets, two scarves, & a cashmere sweater. A week later, I picked up the clothes. They looked fresh, nicely pressed, and I left happy… But when I got home, I noticed my last name written on all the tags of my clothes with a Sharpie pen?! Wth?! I was pissed… still am! Cuz writing on a perfectionist’s clothes is a no-no! Had to cut off my tags. Grrr! Not coming back. Nuff said. [#48 of 100 UnilocalCHALLENGE2013]

They write you name on your shirts with a pen and tell you it should be that way.

friendly people, but they write on your shirts with a pen. they claim that they have too many shirts and it is necessary to write a customer’s first name on each individual shirt so that they do not mix them up. what a ridiculous excuse! so if you like your clothes, stay away from this place!

Can only use Card $ 10 or more. Fast turn around time and decent price. My shirt is so crisp like some doritos chips.

I absolutely love this place! The service is A+ and they always make sure they take care of your clothing. I have had shorts shortened here(What’s with these long shorts these days?) and have been satisfied every time. I even had a time crunch and they finished my cleaning and mending in less than a day. Competitive prices and great attitude, this is the kind of place you want to stay around forever. I really appreciate my experiences here and I think you will too.
