Yesterday I was locked out of my car and I had to call I&E. They came fast and were so friendly. They gave me a quote of $ 120 on the phone and they charged me the amount they quoted me. I was so happy with the service.

I has the pleasure of locking myself out and my residential manager is not responding at all. After calling Issac at 11pm in the night, he agreed to help me without any hesitation and came in in less than twenty minutes. The whole lock-​opening process took him more than 5 minutes, and he was really professional in all the procedures, from lock-​opening to checking my id and making sure that I own the place. I would highly recommend Issac to anyone who is having similar problem! He is a really nice guy!

Last week I had the pleasure of locking myself out, and Isaac was nice enough to show up quickly. I was inside within 10 minutes of him arriving. I tried to play Macgyver with two bobby pins I found in my bag, but I learned this stuff is best left to the professionals!
