I don’t normally write reviews for places like this but I had an amazing experience.
I ordered a last minute Christmas photo book for my grandma from here and it came out perfect! My family loved it so much I ended up ordering one for all of my uncles and aunts.
The woman who helped me was super friendly and helpful too. What a wonderful convenience store.

Pharmacy with long waits in line to pick up ready Rx’s. Drive thru is sheer torture and not at all a convenience.

I love coming here! I come here at least once a week for the specials. The staff are great… Friendly people. There is hardly long lines which VERY convenient if you’re in a hurry.

I mainly come here just to fill my prescriptions. I’ve tried almost every other pharmacy in the Imperial Valley and this has been the best one I have come across. Sometimes other pharmacies would not have a particular item and I would have to shop around and this Walgreens always ended up having what I needed in stock. I like the convenience of the drive up window to drop off and pick up prescriptions. I can also keep track of my prescriptions and refill right from my iPhone with the Walgreens app. It’s also nice to be able to use my iPhone as my Walgreens loyalty card instead of carrying another plastic card in my wallet. There are also two redbox kiosks at this store to satisfy all of your movie needs. My only complaint is the homeless people who hang around outside of the store. There hasn’t been a single time I have walked into the store without someone asking me for spare change…

I’m mad at Walgreen’s for discontinuing the Dad’s Root Beer flavored cough drops that were under their name. Best cough drops I ever used.
They didn’t have any postcards of El Centro, just some racy ones not appropriate for children and a couple of comedy ones for California for 50 cents each.
Good selection of drugstore products.
We went there for a bottle of wine to take to her friend’s house but they don’t carry booze. Said they would in about a month.
