Take a number and take a seat. We will call your number in two hours. Employees will waste your time for fun.

Very disappointed! I ordered new service and confirmed my appointment. I got an email confirming my installation appointment. I waited. And waited. Even live chatted with a rep who was clueless and couldn’t find the order. Today, buried in my email is another email…“we need more information.” Date stamped after the original confirmation! Seriously, Time Warner? You know everything about me and have pre-payment! ZEROSTARS! WISH I WASBACKINANAREASERVEDBYCOXCABLE!

Absolute worst service ever! they promised one speed but deliver another. I switched from my current provider because I only could get 3 megabytes per second Time Warner promised 20 not a chance! most the time it cuts in and out I’ve had to call hundreds of times I’m done add to that the first time I’m ever going to go file a small claims suit they never gave me the promised Visa Card.

Today heading to time warner, I was anxious to get my internet and cable started. As I entered, I noticed this was not going to go as planned. They only had 2 staff employees to assist a line going out the door. On top of that, parking was a bit inconvenient for the amount of customers they had. The location in General was a bit odd to me. Really not trying to hate on time warner cable, but my experience to actually get my cable and internet system really was not convenient at all.

The setup for this location is horrible. I spent an entire hour standing in line waiting to get to the customer service desk all while waiting in a hot room by fellow customers that don’t have regards for others personal space and giver over you. Anyways, I would suggest to the manager a better wait system. Perhaps a check in system with numbers would be helpful rather than have a long line of people that stretches all the way outside.

Well… given the only other option, which requires a contract, we went with cable. But I’m already rethinking that choice. The guy who installed the service is apparently about as dumb as a stone, and he didn’t call before he came(we set it up for a phone call 30 minutes before he was supposed to show up) so we missed him. On the second try he didn’t call again, but we were luckily home. Then Time Warner didn’t give us the«triple play» advertised price but tried to charge $ 40 more per month, plus $ 50 for installation after telling us installation was going to be $ 9.99. Oh… and I’m still trying to work out the DVR issue – it was supposed to be free for a year. They gave me a run-around regarding that, so that will be another phone call.

The only cable service in my area and they are terrible! My wife and I moved to the area last year and found out we were forced to go with Time Warner if we wanted cable. They have old DVR boxes that are literally gigantic monstrosities(mine cannot even sit on my entertainment shelf without sticking over the edge 3 inches)! I actually had to switch to one of their older boxes just to get a DVR that worked correctly(The«new ones» they offer don’t record shit)! I can barely watch any Football games in this area. Time Warner does not have the NFL network channel and they do not offer any NFL sports packages. Their only answer: «you’re SOL»! The package deal they were advertising with a year of free showtime was«NOTAVAILABLEINMYAREA»!! WTF?! I’m so sick of bad service… these corporations have lost their minds! I’m gonna look into DIRECTTV… at least I’ll get football games…
