This in-​n-​out is a frequent stop for me when I am driving between CA and AZ. The service is always fast and of course the food is good. I recommend this stop for others I know who make the drive between states.

How is it regular fries are 1.68 with tax and animal style fries are 3.69? This is utter ridiculousness. I can just get a side of grilled onions and sauce for free and add it myself. In a sense I am paying two dollars for cheese.
It’s still a good burger though.

Place is always busy, but they’ve never let me down! Even with long lines the wait is reasonable and the food is always fresh and made right. If you’re looking for a fast food burger that has a restaurant quality to it, you’re looking at the right place. Now… If only they served beer?

Want a wholesome, All-​American burger with a pedigree? This is the place. Every ingredient is fresh and tastes it: the tomatoes and the lettuce and etc.
Burgers, burgers and more cheeseburgers! Give me the double-​double «animal style» (that’s right, with the onions grilled on the beef) and the hot chile slices thrown into the mix. Wow. A border style delicacy as far as burgers are concerned!
Some friends tell me not to review chains. Who cares? I am particularly fond of this one. It has never failed to deliver the quality and flavor I expect, whether here, LA, San Diego or Palm Desert. And the prices. Man! Good job, guys.

Yesterday, around 1400 my wife & I stopped by & purchased 2 meals & a drink. We wanted root beer but ended up with cherry coke. Complained to the manager & he told us that they don’t sell cherry coke. Told us to pour another drink & we picked root beer again. We got cherry coke again.
Dumped the drink because it didn’t taste good & left the building. Today, both my wife and I have upset stomachs and have to stay close to a washroom.
Don’t think we will be returning to this establishment again.

The staff is nice. The flexibility in ordering is nice. The restaurant always looks clean. The employees always try their best to make the drive through experience go by as quickly as possible. What is not that good is the food. The burgers have gone down in quality since they first opened. The patties are super thin and the fries (while I’m glad they are fresh) just don’t last well by the time you get your drive-​thru order home.

Your average In-​n-​Out. Which means better than most burger joints. I love the fries – they actually taste like potatoes, not beer battered (fill in the blank). lol Not as fast as the crappy places, but that’s just because they’re so busy, and because the food isn’t made until AFTER you order. The folks at the counter are always super friendly. If you want a better burger, go to some place like Famous Daves and get one with lots of bacon or pulled pork on top. ;-) You sure aren’t going to get it at McD’s or BK. lol

It lost one star because a number of times my order was messed up.
But it was rectified promptly but, I had to drive back. :-/​
And, i had corporate write me a letter of apology and offer me a free meal.

Voted best burger joint in CA for a reason. The wait is long because they don’t make it till you order it. It is worth the wait though. My favorite is double double Animal style with fries Animal style too. Animal style adds grilled onions, extra pickles and sauce. Burger is juicy but plain fries lack flavor because of the oil they use. Just skip the fries or get them Animal style. Would have rated 5 stars if wait was shorter.

Being from New Mexico, I don’t often have the pleasure of indulging in some In-​N-​Out Burger. But when I do, I can’t seem to stuff enough delicious burgers in my belly. Once I finish one, I NEED another. It’s like crack or something. Don’t bother with the fries… not the best in my opinion. Just get a bunch o burgers and go to town on them like there’s no tomorrow. You’ll be glad you did.

Visited at 2:30pm on a Sunday and it is PACKED. You can tell this city needed something other than a mainstream fast food joint because the other shopping centers are a ghost town compared to this parking lot!
Regardless of the line inside I was quickly able to order a total of 4 burgers and 3 fries. I knew that would add to my wait time. I ordered at 2:27pm and received my food at 3:35pm. Impressive!
