Can we say Customer Service?! From the very beginning, they were awesome. I called about having my system checked out and they told me to stop by so I can explain what the problem was with my stereo system. I went in and spoke to Ana, Alex Sr. and Alex Jr. All of them were super nice and helpful. I set up an appointment for the following Monday for them to look at it and fix it. Well I had completely forgotten about it and I called Ana and apologized and she was completely understanding and we were able to reschedule for the next day. So I took it in today and I’m so happy I took a chance on them. They didn’t try to sale me things that I didn’t need. I thought I was going to need a new amp, nope. Victor(audio technician) not only connected my Pioneer subwoofer, but he also reconnected my stock subwoofer. Everything sounds so nice and clean. And the work he did is immaculate. I will definitely be back to have a head unit installed in my car and have my car re-tinted. Also, the prices are great. I wasn’t charged an arm and a leg to get my system redone. So a HUGE thank you and two thumbs up to the staff at Extreme!!! You won’t catch me at any other stereo shop.

Beware! Horrible business! They overcharge and try to cheat you! At one point we went to have an amp disconnected, while we waited for the new one to come in, and they cut all the previous wiring in half! So when we brought the new amp they could charge us for a new wiring kit! This is a dirty business! Don’t go! You’ve been warned… Only gave 1 star because it’s not possible to give 0! /:
