Grossly unprofessional front office staff. Multiple receptionists sitting on facebook while I waited in with my 15 month-​old for just over 2 hours. When the Dr. finally showed, he informed me that he didn’t perform the service we had requested when setting the appointment, but gave me a phone number for somebody who might. Spent a total of 3 minutes with my daughter before billing BCBS for a full visit. WTF?
