I have used several cleaning services in the San Diego area. I met Charlene and Trevin when they worked for a different service. They left that service for good reasons and when they started their own Top 2 Bottom Cleaning Service I quit the other service and asked them to continue with me because they do a phenomenal job. They are always exactly on time and they are very polite and do absolutely everything I ask for. I have even had them do some handymen type work like hanging a huge mirror on a wall. Charlene even does my laundry!
If you are looking for a service that will come a dash through the house in an hour or so don’t call Top 2 Bottom. They take the time to be extremely thorough and when they are finished the house really sparkles.
All this at a reasonable price. I’m extremely pleased with them and would recommend them to everyone.

They routinely go above and beyond what we typically expect in a cleaning service. They are also very timely and have never been late for an appointment. As a Realtor I see the good, the bad, and the ugly when it comes to cleaning services and I have to say Charlene and Trevin make Top 2 Bottom Cleaning Services fall in the GREAT category. They recently helped a client get their home sparkling clean and market ready. Client requested that they do light fixtures, and a few other items you would not expect in a cleaning. Not only did they do these, but also did things you would never expect or notice like the tops of the door frames. They did this all happily, with a smile, and even checked to see if there was anything else before they finished. All this and at a reasonable price too.

Charlene and Trevin are kind and respectful and I am very comfortable having them in my home, which is important to me. They clean very thoroughly and always ask me to look at what they’ve done and check in to make sure I’m happy with their work before leaving. They are flexible about working with your schedule, however frequent or infrequent you’d like, and I appreciate that they consistently seem to care about doing a good job. I’m also glad that they don’t overcharge, so I can have them come help me out when I need them. Thanks Top 2 Bottom Cleaning!
