Really great customer service! Mark helped us with purchasing new phones, setting them up and getting us a great deal!!! There was no wait time either. I would recommend this location over the other bigger stores!

There customer service standards and goal of creating new customers SUCKS!!! They made a simple resolution to a simple replacement difficult, the corporate store without any questions satisfied me with great surprise

Went in here because my daughter’s phone is, ONCE AGAIN, having issues.
But alas, there was no technician present.
Apparently tech guy only works 10 – 6, and no one else is allowed to touch a phone. Granted, it was 5:50 when we were told that he only works until 6, so besides not being helpful, they have issues telling time.
If you’re going to be called an official repair store, then it would make sense to have a repair person present. And it would also be nice if you weren’t so dismissive of the customer… as if to say «Sucks for you for driving 20 minutes over here during our posted business hours for no reason.»

I have NEVER received good customer service from this location. The staff either don’t listen to their customers, or they are lazy. Recent experience with Steven. After spending a long time on the phone with Sprint technician, was told to go to store to get help. Steven didn’t do any diagnostics or read the notes in my file, and told me there was nothing he could do to help me. Told me I had to wait until the next day and call Customer Service up — again. This is a ghetto store and you get treated like you were some crack whore trying to scam them. Ended up at the Rancho San Diego store on Jamacha. What a difference! My problem was solved within 20 min.
Don’t go to the store on the corner of East Main and Jamacha in El Cajon across from Sprouts!
