Extremely happy that we discovered this business. We have used Mike’s services on multiple occasions for our desk top computer and laptops. He is consistently prompt in response to phone calls, highly reliable, and very customer-​service oriented. He explains everything in great detail but in a way that non-​techies can understand. His estimates are spot-​on, and IF (once he gets inside the computer and discovers any additional issues), he calls right away to notify the customer, so there is never any «surprise» at the end in terms of cost. He is not only extremely knowledgable about computer technology, but also with regard to everything related to computers (such as batteries, external drives, etc) so he is able to advise the customer if they want/​need to purchase items. Most of all, he is completely trustworthy, and we have never had a moment’s hesitation in terms of having him work on our devices. You can have him either come to your home for service, or you can drop off/​pick up your computer. Finally, his rates are very reasonable, and he provides a detailed inspection report upon completion of service. Highly recommend this service if you need repair or service on your computer or lap top.
