Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Drain Services

Called Roto-​Rooter main San Diego area number and had fantastic customer
service. They dispatched a plumber in less than an hour, late in the afternoon;
great follow-​up from plumber with eta.
Anthony, the plumber was prompt, professional, and polite. What I thought was «just» a backed-​up
laundry utility sink included him thoroughly walking around a half neighborhood block in University
Heights and carefully looking at the yard and plantings to see if that impacted the line.
He gave me a proposal, and price per hour and got to work — It turned out to be a more challenging
job to get the rust blockage out of a line. You sign a contract before the work starts
and I was charged the fair price he quoted after reviewing the problem — no catches — no up charges.
Anthony and his assistant Zach explained what they did and left the laundry room tidier than when
they arrived.
I would highly recommend this team for that «unexpected» plumbing emergency.
Note: I live in VA, but was a house guest and certainly didn’t want my host
to come home to a flooded laundry room.
