I was having a lot of hip pain that was not doing well at the physical therapist that I was going to (which was making it worse!). One of my friends told me about the Laser therapy that is at Dr. Richters office and so I decided to schedule an appointment. After a couple weeks of the hot laser which felt WONDERFUL — the hip pain is gone. I’m back to heading out on the hiking trails too. On another note — I’ve been going to Chiropractors my whole life and I’ve never been to a Chiropractor with as many high tech devices as you would find in his office, and he is a really excellent adjuster too. A super nice guy — and whenever I need a really effective treatment — I know I can get great care here.

I hate giving 1 star reviews, but I feel this warrants it.
I purchased a great deal on The Daily Save for a 1 hour massage for my husband and I and I just realized that it expired on March 9^th.
I called today to see if they would extend the offer and that we’d come in this week, but they told me they wouldn’t accept the certificate.
Horrible customer service and they lady on the phone truly didn’t seem sorry. I understand that I lagged on redeeming the certificate, but it’s ONLY BEEN EXPIRED ONE WEEK!
I’ll never come to this establishment and will always tell people how I feel about it if every asked.

Dr. Richter has magical hands.
I had ridiculous lower back and shoulder pain and decided to pay Dr. Richter a visit after being referred by two coworkers. I could not sleep well, had a hard time walking, and could not get my throw from first to second base without excruciating pain. After seeing Dr. Richter for about two months, I felt like a new person. I was sleeping like a baby, I started training for a half-marathon, and I was gunning out runners at home plate once again. I stopped my sessions because I went out of town, and after a couple of weeks I had a hard time even sleeping again. I just called Richter Chiropractic and I’m heading out there this evening.
