Review based solely on the community room. It’s clean, well lit with a nice kitchen area. The temperature is just cold enough to keep you awake. The staff are nice and accommodating to setup the room before and after.

Very disappointed, I play volley every Tuesday and Thursday, unfortunately tonight the center was under very immature kid named David(manager)…awful service, he was playing on the side while we were playing Volley, when I said come on guys; he make fun of my accent«Spanish«The saddest part is that he speaks Spanish too… horrible experience! I will try to contact the office manager for sure. We don’t need this type of person around this community Recreation Center…

4.5 stars for nostalgia. Ahh Renette Park. I’ve been coming here since 1990. Back then we had a big blue token to check out the ping pong paddles or bumper pool or whatever haha, I’m old! They didn’t have a mini skate park back then but I wish they did. They had the basket ball court back then and they still do today. Nice sized field for larger kite flying, and it does get windy down there in El Cajon Valley. Just like every other park there are vagabonds and unfavorables but like most parks they don’t hurt anybody. Oh and don’t forget your punk kids getting high or whatever it is they do these days. But nice place for a BBQ or volley ball of football/soccer. There’s also a pretty nice kids playground. It has a gate that closes the park in so that’s good if you have wandering kids. Decent street parking and a small lot.
