Alpine, CA
Great Market with Friendly, very reliable owners. Going to this market 12 years
and they open and close when they say they do unlike other places in Crest.
You can count on them being there when they say they willl be.
Always friendly selling nearly everything you need and saves you from driving
all the way down the hill.
They have good deals on Milk, great ice cream .beer, wine and everything you might
want from a good neighborhood market .
Lottery is also sold here.
Owner is generous with donations on community events.
Highly reccommend.

Rainbow Market carries almost everything one could possibly ever need. They are the nicest men, always helpful and cheerful. The place IS clean and they open and close when they say. Summer hours I think are to 10:00 PM. I would be very sad if they were not in our community.

Mark and Frank are awesome and they do not close until 9 and I mean 9! They will always take care of you even if your the last one there! One word of advice is pay cash because they charge the shit out of you for debit or credit and do not tell you about it!!!

After this experience I feel like I should go back and give Crest foods 4 stars… anyway. So here in Crest we have two ‘markets’. Those being ‘Crest Foods’ and ‘Rainbow Market’
Now I have to give Rainbow Market a little bit of credit because they do actually have a little more food items like a market would.
This place fits the neighborhood. The guy working behind the counter was real nice and they had diet pepsi so I was a happy camper. The place is a little dirty and could use some sprucing up, but otherwise it will fit the bill when I need diet soda, booze and random condiments.
