This Corporation has an unfavorable return policy. The clerk at the store ordered the wrong boots for me. This happened to me on the 27 Nov 2015, my wife bought a pair of the 1460 Doc Martens, I realized they were not leather(Store #371). As soon as I made it home from work that day, I told her these were not leather boots. We promptly took them back to exchange for a pair of leather boots. Empl# 420647, tried to convince me the Vegan Leather was real leather. I just told him to order me a pair of 1460 Cherry Doc Martens Leather. The return at this point seemed smooth but to my surprise on 10 Jan 2016, the day our family could gather and celebrate Christmas, we discovered the boots that had been ordered by the clerk were the completely wrong boots(R15265601). We followed the return instructions. Returned the incorrect product to Journeys Inc. The RETURN instructions were followed. The boots were sent via UPS Ground(Track#1ZV522E30626051968) on 11 Jan 2016. The instructions said the product could not be returned to the store and I would receive a credit to my card once received and processesed. RYAN at the Dock in Lebanon, TN received the boots on 15 Jan 2015 @ 1059. I was NEVER credited by Journeys Inc. $ 169.99…Still waiting patiently for my refund. On 12 Feb 2016, I called customer service on there packing list 1−888−324−6536. Tragically laughable, Journeys Inc prints they incorrect phone number on their packing lists(Picture Posted) I hunted down the CORRECT number somewhere in the internet. Spoke to a Journeys Inc operator I explained that I did NOT receive a refund, I gave her all the info. She told me I would be contacted in a couple of business days. Still waiting patiently. When I found out that the Journeys shoe store in Parkway Plaza sold a pair of Dr. Martines I wanted, I was very excited to buy them. Although I was pleased to see that the shoes were available, I was very upset at the way I was treated by the staff. When I was trying on my shoes the girl helping me was lacing another size while one of the other employees watched. She said she really liked the shoes and I understood her as complimenting the shoes on me and said«thank you». She replied«I was talking about the shoes, not you.» The two other employees laughed and said that was mean. Very immature and rude staff. I will not be visiting this store again.

I buy my sons shoes here. They have a great selection for him since he tends to want the same shoes in just a different color. He’s easy to please. Their prices are good and I am always greeted with a smile. They offer to try on his shoes, lace them up, and even ask if he wants to leave with them on each time.
