Great service from the staff at this location. Amber the General manager is very friendly and informative about promotions. They also have a rewards program that gives you coupons for future purchases. Taking off one star only due to the area of the location.

I came to this Jamba Juice with my son and a friend early Saturday morning. The staff was friendly, kind, and completely blew me away with their customer service. They were very accommodating since we had our hands full and made a special note when they made oatmeal for my little guy to add some fruit and some sugar to sweeten it! So nice! They were fast, and the smoothies were great!

Juice always turn out good but today. Like I always do I ordered online when I asked about the order which looked different then my actually order instead of trying to explain he was just a a matter of fact about how I ordered it wrong and walked away. Gave the wrong order to the teenagers out side and order an new juice from the juice bar down the street. The guy wasn’t helpful, nice nor anywhere near approachable. Guess I’ll stick with the Juice place down the street. Don’t need to be brushed off. I was trying to figure out how I Ordered it wrong but no help from I’m to busy you did it wrong employee. Thanks Jamba Juice. $ 8 for a bowel I didn’t want and the menu doesn’t say bowel on the are I ordered it.

Jamba Juice is a great place– don’t get me wrong. But this location is awful. The employees are slow and lackadaisical and I saw one of them drinking a smoothie while working on another smoothie! The wait time is very long here, not like other locations. The smoothies are never up to the standards of other locations either. Depending on who is working, the customer service can range from okay to rude. A MANAGER working last time we went there had no idea what to do and with so many orders to be made was doing dishes! From our view in the lobby, there were clearly enough clean blenders. He didn’t say anything to us when our drinks were ready but pushed them over the counter and we guessed they were ours. He didn’t thank us or look at us. In addition, their registers were down and were only taking cash, which was inconvenient. Bottom line: Do not go to this Jamba Juice store!

I never had bad Jamba Juice until I visited this location. It tasted nasty and like it was missing something. I always get the same drink from there, the Caribbean Passion. It was gross at this Jamba.

i like the manger, (well i think he is the manager). She i snot overly sweet or anything. But my stuff is right when i order from her. I wish they would get the whole oatmeal thing worked out. Too hard, too watery, not enough, too chewy. ARGGHH, not dependable in that department.

Very friendly workers here! Blonde cashier was very aware of what was in the drinks and recommended all her favorites. She even let us sample one of their new green juices. Nice service and great drinks :) will be coming back to this location. Favorite drinks are piña colada and white gummy bear!

Excellent service! I went in last week with a crazy list of demands and the ladies behind the counter walked me through every last ingredient and helped me pick the right concoction for my latest diet.
I was super impressed that they were friendly and helpful even though I was a major pain.
Thank you! I highly recommend Jamba Juice, especially the Parkway Plaza location. Great job!

Last visit I noticed extremely spotted, overripe bananas at this Jamba.
It was later in the day, but still, they were unapPEELing… hehe
Made my Triple Revitalizer (fresh orange & carrot juice, frozen bananas) easy on the ice. So I’m glad that they are accommodating.
I’m sure I’ll be back plenty of times, so I’ll keep an eye out for the quality of their fruit.

I like me a good Jamba Juice. I especially enjoy their steel cut oatmeal, which was the reason I came here. I ordered their brown sugar version, unfortunately they are nor offering the pecans to add anymore, a seasonal thing apparently, but the oatmeal was still great. (
) The oatmeal was cooked well, and the oats had, just a tad of a bite to them, just the way I liked them. After stirring in the brown sugar, its great flavor spread through the oatmeal (

I also tried their tomato twist for a few dollars. (
) I had them heat it, and it had mild tomato type paste inside which tasted pretty good. (
) The twist itself was moist and had a little chew and good flavor. (

The employees were pretty nice for being early in the morning.

It’s a small spot, but the workers are friendly.
I tried the seasonal pumpkin smoothie and it was ok — too pumpkinny for my tongue.
I like trying new flavors on their secret menu. Everything tastes so good!

Whenever I feel like I’m coming down with a nasty bug or just need a healthy boost, I swing by this Jamba Juice in mah hood! They’re always fully staffed, quick and upbeat. Their Coldbuster is enough to stop a cold in its tracks! It’s proven effective, says me. I come here for their Triple Revitalizer a.k.a. Orange-​Carrot-​Banana, too. Love all that good stuff.

– I love it that it is on the outside of the Parkway Plaza Mall. I despise the regulars @ Parkway Plaza. I think «Idocracy» the movie is based off this mall. Watch it, you’ll get what I’m saying.

– if you are really in need of a JJ, just bite your tongue and go here, but if you have the time, go elsewhere. Your sanity and car would be thankful. (My car was been «hit & run» twice in the parking lot. Bunch of fuckers. I hate parkway plaza)
