Helix Mechanical is AMAZING! Todd was amazingly professional courteous and quick! We had a leak in our air conditioner both inside and on the outside unit he fixed it right up all while explaining why we were having issue with keeping the house cool etc. THANKS TODD!

Great service provided! Our office ac stopped working in the middle of a heat wave last summer. Helix was able to install a new ac unit at a better price than 3 other companies and got the work done quickly without interrupting our business operations. They even provided temporary room ac units while the work was being completed.

In fact, Helix Mechanical recently completed an expansion of our GMP cleanroom laboratory area. This was a complicated project with a very aggressive schedule. Unethical and Unprofessional! Had this company out to provide quote on replacement vs repair. I work often with service professionals and have never been charged to get a quote, so I was not surprised when the lady I booked the appointment with made no mention of a «service fee» to come give a quote. I was surprised when I received an invoice 3 weeks after the appointment /​and after I chose to go with another company due to the long length of time it took Helix to provide a quote (about 2 weeks). They attempted to invoice us for $ 200 to have someone out to look at the ac unit for the quote, and another $ 140 for «repairs» the tech claimed to make. There was never any conversation of a service fee, much less any signed authorization for such a fee. As far as the «repairs» I was very clear that this was an appointment to get a quote, thus there had been no authorization for any repairs. As a side note the unapproved repairs did nothing as the ac still did not work. I attempted to speak with a «manager» and was connected to someone by the name of Sean who was extremely unprofessional and whom hung up on me. I would avoid this company at all costs, we went with another company who was very professional, supplied the replacement and repair cost within 48 hrs., and whom laughed at the idea that a company tried to charge for a quote.
