I have been going there for years i love tina she does my facials and lashes and for my massages i see jill and brian… awesome place!!!

I have been a customer of Eroma for years and I have generally been satisfied but this review is specifically for Lupita and Steven.
My daughter and I have seen Lupita several times for various skin treatments. She is very knowledgeable and professional. I always feel like I have gotten the very best service when I leave an appointment with her. Most of all, she is warm and very welcoming.
I have been having hair cuts and colors from Steven for many years. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair. He is a perfectionist and the nicest guy in the world.
Eroma is lucky to have these two experts. I highly recommend both of them.

I have to give this SPA five stars… The staff here is very welcoming, friendly, and convenient. I did not know what to expect when I came in because I was so nervous I had never been here. I couldn’t believe how relaxing this place is. It has fair prices and they give you everything with the service even the massage is included. Michelle did my nails and she was very sweet and comforting. I’m definitely coming back with her. Love this place!!!

I really like this place. The receptionist was really kind, I originally placed an appt on a customized spa package on a Saturday for my father and I, and when our schedules changed the receptionist spent a good amount of her time to change it to sunday and calling people to make sure our spa day happened. We both got the 90 min therapeutic message for 90 mins and 30 mins in the special sauna they have there. I had Jess as my message therapist, and out of all the messages I have ever had she has been the first one to make me feel immediately comfortable and relaxed. The ambiance during the message was relaxing, I didn’t hear any noise outside the message room other than the low music they usally play to set the tone of the room. I also had the acne facial with Lupita, she was fantastic and I highly recommend her. Lupita throughout the facial gave me neat recommendations and overall I felt great and refreshed after she worked on me. Everyone there is really nice, I remember reading a review on here that they don’t tell you who may be working on you. I assume they learned from that, because when I called in the two times, the receptionist made sure I knew who was going to do the job and gave me the names when I asked. So overall my father and I had a really great experience, I’m definitely going back agian.

very poor customer service, the receptionist did not tell me that my facial will be with a male therapist and she did not ask if that was ok. They never provide the name or names of the therapist to customer and if they are a male or female, also they are always late on appt, horrible experience, will never back again

My wife and I each had massage therapy for and hour. I got a firm massage and it was great. I didn’t know I had so many muscles that needed pampering. Michelle served it up nice.

Love the new spa! The owners are still doing the finishing touches on the inside and outside of the building, but it is up and running. For personal service where you are valued as a client, give Eroma a try. They have a wonderful staff and their own skin care product line. I had previously purchased a groupon for 2 swedish massages here, The first one I had Monica at the old location– she was great, it was a very relaxing massage. The room was more of a facial room but still dark and relaxing. When I was done dressing after it was over, i came out of the room and she had water for me, perfect after a massage!
The second time, I had Brian in the new location. It was very bright and quiet in there, even though they were still finishing construction. The massage room was HUGE, although since they were not finished moving in, there weren’t proper curtains on the window so it was like blindingly bright when I turned over. Brian helped keep my eyes covered though so I could go back to almost sleeping lol.
He used stronger pressure per my request so it was more like a deep tissue with some trigger point therapy thrown in as my muscles are SUPER tense. IT WAS AMAZING. The only thing I wish would have been different was I wish I would have brought more cash to leave a better tip! I was sore for a few days after but felt sooo good for like 2 weeks after. It really helped with my chronic back pain and sore muscles. I will definitely be going back.
