I asked my husband for a diamond right hand ring for Christmas, thinking he would forget all about it and get me a new phone instead, but he was listening! I was shocked when I opened the box and there was this beautiful solitaire almost 1 karat ring! Wow! Not expected at all!!!
He has only good things to say about Diamonds Limited. They helped him to determine the cut and clarity of the stone, and to pick out a setting. We went back after Christmas to have it sized and that took only an hour. I was afraid I’d have to be without it for a week! Hubby was practically dragging me out as I was distracted by so many shiny baubles.
Will return when we win the lottery.

Bob, Lena and the whole staff at Diamonds Ltd are amazing. We have been shopping there for over 20 years and they make you feel important if you have $ 100 or $ 1000 to spend. They let you upgrade as you can, replace single earrings and do appraisals. Bob recently donated a lovely necklace for my fundraiser and helped my organization raise $ 10 000 for 2 charities.

We had purchased an emerald when on vacation and brought it in to be appraised and as it turns out to be fixed, as the ring was sized while on vacation, the basket was irreparably damaged and was in need of a new basket to hold the gem. The turn around time to fix it was reasonable as was the price. They also did a great job of doing a thorough appraisal which I really like.
After having had such a positive experience, I decided to check in with them when buying my wife a diamond tennis bracelet. I started out doing research online and went to several stores and they had a superb quality item at a very reasonable price. It is always a good idea as a consumer to explore your options, but I will say that after you do that and have a good idea of what you want and the prices involved, stop by Diamonds LTD and see what they can do for you.

I visited Diamonds Ltd. to have the clasp on my chain fixed. I met with very friendly staff and a clean shop filled with quality items. The woman who helped me very quickly assessed that they would be able to repair my chain and could even do it while I waited! She priced out the cost of the new clasp and even credited me for the cost of the gold in the old clasp which they can melt down and reuse. The cost was fair so I left the chain and went next door to Von’s and did my shopping while they made the repair. When I returned about 45 minutes later the necklace was ready to go and they had even cleaned it for me! She threw in a free bottle of jewelry cleaner as we’ll. I will definitely come back for future repairs and perhaps even get the hubs to make a sparkly purchase!

I had an odd necklace repair and was given about a 2.5 to 3 week time frame. They finished about a week and a half early and the repair is perfect. I gave the necklace to my SO today and he was pleasantly surprised. I have other repairs I need and I’m definitely taking them here.

Went here on the advice of my daughter. WOW! Excellent selection and even better prices! Bob took my old ring and suggested several settings that met my criteria. Got an amazing ring at an amazing price! Also took the old setting and made another ring! Such wonderful personal service and my ring was done in the same day! Don’t go anywhere else! !!

After my fiancé bought my beautiful engagement ring here, I decided I wanted to get his ring from Bob as well since we were so pleased with our amazing experience! I brought in a custom design for my fiancés wedding ring and have been so amazed with the results. His ring is one of a kind and he gets compliments everywhere he goes! This ring was more than either of us could ever imagine. It literally looks like it was made for a king. LTD Diamonds can literally make anything you can imagine! This is my second review on Unilocal. I don’t have the time to write ‘em, I just read ‘em occasionally. But you need to hear this!!!
I picked out, and my Fiancé bought me the most beautiful eternity band of baguettes from an estate jewelry store in La Jolla. One of a kind. One of a kind because little did I know, it was very poorly made. Without elaborating too much on the weak design, AND Without even knowing it, one day, I lost 3, and cracked 3 diamonds. Absolutely heartbroken, I brought it to a jeweler, who held onto it for 3 months, promising the «specially sized» diamonds would be coming in next week. REALLY??? 3 months??? I brought it to another jeweler that explained that the ring needed to be re-​built. OK, but the gentleman had quoted me, in my opinion, too much to replace the diamonds and assured me that it was going to be very costly to have it re-​built. I was on board until the 3^rd week when I hadn’t received an estimate. Now, I had been admiring my friends gorgeous anniversary ring for the past 7 years, and after telling her my sob story, she and her husband told me to try Diamonds Ltd. What did I have to lose? I was in possession of an extremely expensive ring that I couldn’t wear! Brought it to Diamonds Ltd. with low expectations. I didn’t mean to turn this review into «War & Peace» But, from the minute I stepped into the shop, it was very apparent that I was dealing with honest people with great integrity. Cutting to the chase, I had the diamonds replaced and the ring rebuilt for a very fair price! I don’t feel I was over charged at all! The most important thing — My ring is absolutely exquisite!!! Total time, (2 weeks) with Bob in constant contact with updates. It was an amazing experience! The two lovely Ladies that I dealt with from beginning to end, are extremely knowledgeable and professional! Look, Jewelry stores can be like used car lots, if you don’t know what to look for, you can get so «screwed» over!!! (pardon my phraseology) Trust me when I tell you, Diamonds Ltd. is the most reputable, respectful and knowledgeable Jewelry store that I have ever dealt with. I will NEVER go anywhere else.

Diamonds Ltd was recommended to us by an El Cajon native and retired policeman. I had a specific set of hoop earrings in mind. They did not have the exact set, but immediately offered to order them. The earrings came in on the day promised were fairly priced. I will be returning to Diamonds Ltd for my next jewelry purchase or repair!

Our family has been to Bob for a few pieces over the years. This past visit, my husband and I stopped in to see if Bob could re-​work my ring. It is our 25^th wedding anniversary and my husband wanted to increase the size of it. I’m a bit sentimental with my ring and Bob was so understanding about incorporating my old setting with a new setting that was quite a bit larger. :) He also made a «Mother’s» ring to sweeten the deal using the gold from my old setting. His designs are truly original and his personal service is like stepping back in time…“He” truly is the gem!

Diamonds Ltd is a DREAM COME TRUE! My fiancé had his heart set on buying my engagement ring through a local business. After doing some research on Unilocal,he decided his first stop would be Diamonds Ltd. He walked though the door knowing nothing about diamonds, looking for more information, with no intention on purchasing. He left that day having purchased a ring, feeling confident in his purchase and now recommends Diamonds Ltd to everyone we meet who is looking for jewelry! They took the time to sit down with him and explain cut, clarity, color and carats and showed him the difference between each. We cannot say enough good things about them! I should also mention that I am IN LOVE with my engagement ring and receive compliments daily!
Yesterday, we went back to Diamonds Ltd to purchase our wedding bands and our second experience was just as amazing as the first!
