My wife and I decided to look for a home a couple of months ago when we happened to stumble across our would be realtor, Richard Bly. This was our first home purchase and we didn’t know what to expect or what realtor to pick. Richard, however, was extremely professional throughout, always answering our questions and providing all the information we needed. Once Richard had an idea of what we wanted, we would receive multiple emails and listings on lots of properties available. One question about septic tanks, and BOOM! a detailed email describing pros and cons. Another question about termites and KABAM! a detailed pest inspection report was ordered and analysis was done, for free!
One of our favorite things about our home buying experience was how PROMPT and EFFICIENT Richard was. If we had a question, Richard was always available and always made it seem like we could get in touch with him. Literally of the 30+ calls back and forth and 100 or so text messages, Richard maybe wasn’t available to answer two… and then he would call us RIGHT back! We really appreciated that.
Richard was also very helpful when it came to contractors/​electricians/​termite guy he knew of firsthand. All very professional and reasonable.
Simply put Richard was awesome at everything! We couldn’t imagine a better home buying experience. If you are trying to decide whether or not to give Richard a try, put your mind at ease… look no further, Richard is as good as it gets!
