Can’t express enough what a horrible business this is!!! We ordered a living room set and it was dropped off with rips in it so the delivery guys called the manager and the manager said to keep those till he orders us new ones. Approx 3 mths later, after repeatedly asking about our furniture, they drop off another set and it is ALSO ripped. So, same thing, promised a new set. Well, it has been ALMOST A YEAR now and we still haven’t received another set. We have asked repeatedly but all they say is they will order new ones. They will sure come beating on your door though when they want their payment! We give up and are having them pick up the furniture. Stay away from this place, it’s a joke.

Ok I get it you are renting to own the stuff. But the customer service is horrible. From the people telling you different amounts you are due to pay and whats been applied to the loan. If you don’t pay it in 90 days your hard earned money is lost because after the 90 days every dollar you pay only 50% is applied to your principal. I know they have to charge extra to make the money for items but you are being taken for a ride. You can get anything you see there on line because there are 1000’s of businesses that have the item at the actual cost of it not 3 times more. Manager is not the nicest person to deal with. And delivery was to be between 11 and 3 and its 3:30 and still no one here. And calling the store is useless since they added the bimbo who doesn’t know a thing. Nice Aarons!
