Horrible service. The technician took my galaxy 5s said he could repair the cracked glass but damaged the navigating buttons at the bottom. I have tried multiple times to get ahold of someone to fix this and they have not helped. I am filing a claim against them with the Better Business Bureau. DO NOT take your phone there!

Very happy with the service. Sri recommended a good case and Sam installed the tempered glass screen protector for free. They have a big collection and great deals! Do recommend them to friends.

I am impressed with this store and their employees. I have used them twice now and the service gets better each time. The first time they were the only store I found that had a screen for my IPhone 5C on the spot. Not only did they repair that phone quickly and perfectly, but they did so at a very reasonable price. Today I went in hoping to fix a different iPhone 5C that my daughter bought on Craigslist only to find that there was no sound. It was a POS that she got scammed on and was unable to be repaired due to previous poor repairs. The tech worked on it for over a half hour trying to assist us. Sadly, it was not to be. When he finally gave up I figured I would need to pay something for his time and effort, however; he refused my money since he was aware she got scammed. I didn’t get his name, but he was wearing fake green contacts as part of his Halloween costume, which were hurting his eyes. I hope they feel better
There are a lot of companies that have lost the art of customer service. I am glad to say, this is not one of those companies. If you need an electronic device repaired, I absolutely recommend this company.

I Don’t Usually Do This BUT!, Never Take Your Phone To Get Repaired At A to Z Wireless! Took My Phone To Some Guy Named Danny Who Assured My Phone Would Get Fixed Came Back 40 Minutes Later My New Screen Is Grainy and My Power/​Lock Button Didn’t Work! He Simply Acted As Though There Was Nothing They Could Do! They Messed Up My Phone and Then He Said You Can Leave It a Guy Will Check It Out. So I Leave My Phone For 6 HOURS! And They Did Nothing and Said «Oh The Parts You Need We Dont Have You Will Have To Wait 4 to 5 Days To Get It Fixed» Even Though They Ruined It! Horrible Business and The Lowest Quality Of Work. Some Guy With Piercings Ended Up Finally Fixing My Phone 4 Days Later Very Disappointed.

Great customer service ! I went to many stores to fix my LG G3 phone which stopped working all of a sudden, after many trails finally I went A to Z wireless which was far way from my home. The technician (Danny) quoted me 2 hours time to diagnose it, he cleaned the whole phone twice but it didn’t work. Later he put an original screen from store phone which worked on my phone perfectly. They took my screen and gave their screen absolutely for no cost ! Free service. Thank you very much danny for you time and service. Next time i will bring your more business and refer all my friends to visit the store. Best service so far !!

By far the worst place I have ever gone to, employees are very rude, and the store isn’t ran right, there is apparently no manager. I got a screen put on my phone the other day and it broke to the touch an hour later, and they will not cover it, they barely speak English. Do not go to this place, you will regret it! F– I am actually taking these guys to a small claims court for what they have done.

I went to get my screen fixed. Only for them to mess up my phone I can’t record or use most of my apps made me come home twice unsatisfied… Top it off he was missing a part and didn’t even tell me. Charged me 95 $$ I don’t recommend this place I could of gone to swapmeet for the same results only lless than half the price .never coming here again they broke my phone!!! They shouldn’t just hire random people

I broke my front screen of my iPhone 4 for the first time. After they «fixed» my front screen, my screen would constantly go black for hours, but I would still feel texts and calls. I went back in and they «fixed» it again with no charge. Yet again, I’m having problems, my screen is completely unresponsive again and will shut off for hours a day. I will be going back in for the third time in a month for the same issue. Last time I will ever come here.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS: I rarely ever come across a place that I feel the need to write a bad review… But A to Z Wireless did it for me. I took my iPhone 5 in to get the screen replaced, and I have been back 4 times since. The first time the guy fixed it the buttons didn’t work… second time buttons still didn’t work. third time I stayed and watched the guy do it and he put on two separate screens, one which didn’t work and one I left with that turned my phone screen grey. I took it back today and the guy told me «the manufacturers sent them faulty screens.» I told him to put on «one of the new ones they got in» and I haven’t had an issue yet, but something seems very fishy about the manufacturers sending them 5 faulty screens. Fingers crossed this one works but I advise you to avoid them and pay the extra $ 20 and get your screen fixed by professionals at Apple unless you want to pay them a few extra visits.

A couple of weeks ago I visited the A to Z store at Parkway Plaza. I was greeted by a a nice young lady. I was looking for a case. She asked me what kind of phone I had and I told her IPhone 5. She showed me to the wall display. She was so helpful and very sweet and eager to provide great customer service. I was only there for a case and I Left with a screen protector and car charger. I think her name was Paloma and she was awesome! I will definitely visit the store again. My son needs some accessories so I will be taking him in a few weeks. Thanks so much for the excellent customer service!

I checked to see the price of a screen replacement on a Galaxy S3. They told me $ 220, which is ludicrous. I found two other places that wanted $ 80 for one, $ 100 at the other one, for a professional replacement including parts and the special optically clear adhesive that goes between the glass and the digitizer. The parts for the repair are less than $ 25 including tools. Be warned, stay clear of this place for repairs.

I went in to have the home button replaced on my iPhone 4. The guy behind the counter was so great. He took my phone and said he’d gladly replace my home button for $ 55, but that he could do a quick fix from the updated software. He showed me how to get a ‘new’ home button on my screen from the phones general menu. He did it for free and saved me the cash of replacing a home button on a phone I’ll be replacing in a few months anyway! He was so friendly, knowledgeable and HELPFUL! Then I asked him about why my phone wasn’t resetting and he showed me how to push the button a little harder and do it. Again, free advice.
I’ve shopped at A to Z for the last couple of years for accessories, but have never needed repair. They have always been SO professional and knowledgeable.

If it were up to me, I’d give this place 0 stars… but unfortunately, you have to give them at LEAST one star. BULLSH! T! These guys should get charged with 1^st degree rape. Not only do they charge up the ass for the repair… they charge you MORE for labor than the actual part itself! And on top of that, they don’t have anything in stock… ever. Stay away from this place. Go on Craigslist or Unilocal and you can find somewhere WAY cheaper!

$ 280 to fix my cracked screen on my droid razr. That’s about 5X what I paid for the stupid phone!

I went to this business and asked about fixing my cracked screen for my Samsung Galaxy S3. I already had a new replacement screen for the repair. I was told they could fix it for approx. $ 55. Ok I thought this was a fair price. I sat and waited for about five min or so while the «repair» guy was chatting on his phone in the back room. Finally he came out. Metal piercings all in his face, stretched earlobe rings. Very professional (NOT). He told me he was not going to fix my phone because they had no «price» list for it. I explained I was already told the price. He replied until the owners say it’s okay and what the price will be they will not fix my phone. How to you advertise to repair broken cell phones and have no idea of what to charge? What is going on with Customer Service and the lack of it? I hope the owners read this and reply. Your business will not last long with people like this working for you.

Woohoo!!! As GOOD AS IT GETS They have the best customer service. They have a nice selection of cases. Got an Otterbox case for my Iphone love this store, they really make you feel welcome :-) Awesome at fixing iPhones too.

I was told by the «Geniuses» at the «Genius Bar» at the Fashion Valley Apple Store that they could not figure out what was wrong with my i-​phone 3G. Instead they wanted to sell me a new (actually OLD) i-​phone 4 — even though I told them I was waiting until next month to get the new i-​phone 5. They told me they couldn’t help me at all.
I took my phone to the people at A to Z Wireless in Fletcher Parkway and they figured it out (in 5 minutes) and fixed it in under an hour… and only charged me $ 59.
Now RE-​READ This… The «Geniuses» at the Fashion Valley Apple Store «Genius Bar» who are supposed to know everything about their phones and consider themselves «Geniuses» could not figure out what was wrong with my phone or how to fix it but A to Z wireless could.
Go here and have your problems solved by real Geniuses!!!

The customer service is so poor here that I had time to write this negative review from inside the Parkway Plaza Store while arguing with the sales rep! My wife came in 3 times on one rainy day & was treated like a moron! She was charged $ 100, told she did not know how to properly charge a phone and was treated with the most disrespect she has ever encountered! I am now more than a full half hour into watching the rep try to get the phone to operate properly!
