Extra Space Storage

From the moment that I needed storage Matt Davis was there to answer all of my questions and help me make the best decision for my needs. He had always been courteous and recently went above and beyond to assist with a temporary situation. I HIGHLY recommend this facility and if you’re fortunate enough to work with Matt, be assured you are in good hands!

Worst storage unit ever. Dead mouse when I moved out. Mouse droppings everywhere. Grumpy and rude managers. Was in most expensive unit with climate control and still rodents. Every unit I was in mouse droppings.
Ceilings are ripped no maintenance what so ever. They claim they have exterminators but highly doubt it.
Don’t do it!!! Can’t believe they are in business… don’t

This location «shares» the free moving truck that they advertise when you move in. When absolutely zero effort was made when I moved in to have the truck moved less than ½ of a mile. I went to this location to pick up the truck per the request of the «manager» at the Black Horse Pike location. I asked if there was anyone specific I should ask for and was told that there was only one person working. When I asked what that only one person’s name was, the response of attitude was just more of the same.
I arrived and explained the situation and that I was here to pick up the truck, that was not there… After waiting approximately a half hour while she argued with her boss at the Black Horse Pike location over the phone she let me know that «We ain’t got no truck today»…
All I ask is that people care, you can even pretend and bitch about me when I leave… but at least pretend to care when I am in the building.
This is just more of the same and a sad influence from the other location.
