Could take the order correctly, couldnt fulfill the order correctly. Girl walked off without filling the order at all and another employee had to and did it wrong.

This is by far one of the worst drive thru’s I’ve ever been to in my entire life. I’ve been there 3 times now with the same result– the product is fine, standard dunkin donunts cuisine, but he staff is absolutely pitiful. They don’t know what’s on the menu, they’re slow and most importantly they are lazy. Don’t waste your time!

Slowest service I’ve had at a dunkin donuts drive thru. I had ordered 2 coffees (nothing crazy) and a donut and we sat at the window for a good 5 minutes before they came to the window for me to pay.

This is probably the worst DD I’ve been to, but sadly it’s the only one by my parents. I have been there multiple times and they are always out of donuts and they are a donut shop. Also, when they do have donuts they are not the same quality as other dunkin donuts I’ve been to.

Kansas City, MO
I ordered three (3) coffees this morning and not one of them was made correctly. Our host name was Kody. Kody needs additional training and she needs to understand what «black» coffee is and what «no, I don’t want any cream» means. Also, I don’t think she knows what Splenda is, since I received all coffees with sugar… lots of sugar.
So, sadly I spent ~$ 10 on coffee that went down the drain. I still love my DD, but I will not return to this store. I tried to leave a rating of no stars, but sadly it’s not allowed.
