I don’t usually write reviews, as I expect excellent service anywhere I spend money. My mentality is, I worked hard to earn my money; so should the person wanting to get it from me. However, I was very happy with my experience with South Side. I dealt with Norman, who was professionally and cleanly dressed, well mannered, and knowledgeable. The quote I got from them (for sanding some rust, and repainting) was 10% — 40% cheaper than other repair facilities, and that is before including the car wash they gave my car afterwards for free which included vacuuming the insides and polishing my tires. I estimate that was worth at least $ 20. They were also willing to accommodate an unusual schedule of mine, where I had to drop it off and pick it up after hours.
