Wow! I guess I got the great first impression visit. I used a groupon and these ladies came and cleaned my house spic and span. It looked great and smelled fresh from the bathroom to the baseboards to the inside kitchen windows and stove top. I was totally pleased.

Pristine’s owner makes a great first impression. After that… appointments cancelled or delayed at the last minute, missed dusting major pieces (how do you miss a dining room table top?), left microwave out of kitchen cleaning, missed a bathroom, kitchen and eating area wood floor looked worse after their visit than before, big streaks of Pledge left on table. Then after paying all bills in full despite poor cleaning, they just stopped even responding to my emails and phone calls. Out looking for new customers I imagine! Avoid them.

BEWARE of letting this crew in your home! You will be impressed with the owner that sets up the account but you may never see her again. The team that was in our home cleaned out our medicine cabinet of left over narcotics and we can only hope that they didn’t search through more sensitive personal items to also steal our identity. While the owner was apologetic there was zero compensation offered We of course immediately ceased using their service and when they returned our key the owner left it at the wrong home! What a violation!
