We had an awesome experience at Kettle River!
Our sleep number bed was no longer cutting it so I did a little research online. I found the Serta iComfort was probably the best match for our situation. We found that Kettle River carries this model of bed and decided to shop there since they are locally owned. We are very glad we did.
When we arrived we were promptly greeted. I told the sales associate what we were interested in and were immediately escorted to the proper area. After laying on different models of the iComfort beds, we decided on a particular model. We then looked at headboards and bed frames since we were upgrading to a king size over a queen. After selecting a new headboard and frame we were able to quickly finish the sale. Our sales associate was very knowledgeable and friendly. While headboard and rails were out of stock, the whole setup was delivered within a week.
We are very pleased with our experience at Kettle River and will definitely be back to buy more furniture for our home.

We bought some rather expensive flexsteel leather furniture last summer at Kettle River and the stuffing has flattened out. Not just the cushions are sagging but the back and arms as well. Justin Overmark, president, Kettle River, offered to extend our warrantee for the stuffing to 1 year, but we’ve already been waiting 2 months for them to repair it. Not a company you want to do business with! We thought we’d «shop local» and boy are we sorry! Next time we’ll go to a national company that cares about customer service. AVOID KETTLE RIVER FURNITURE!
