«I did the work according to plan.» He says!; Don’t believe these people. Everything better be in writing with a 20 page document to define terms. We let them get away with promising the following things, none of them were done properly for us;
«Remove rip-​rap» — We put about 6 man-​hours in yesterday removing SOME wheelbarrows full of the rip rap they did not,
«Dump rip-​rap» — no they left a mess of dirt mixed with rocks in one spot,
«seed & straw blanket» — seeding would normally involve prepping the soil (note the rip-​rap left in the «seedbed» — no ground prep was possible)
Add to all these things the poor communication and literally pounds of unrelated crap left in our yard while the man not driving the equipment lounged around.
Based on the other review here I would not even hire these clowns to mow a lawn. My next stop after trying to deal with them BBB
