This is our second year leasing with HP Management. Our landlord Nick Smith is very easy to reach, extremely responsive and always lets us know before anything involving us, our apartment or the complex occurs. The property itself is always well maintained, the grass is always cut before it even needs to be and we never have solicitors. I have two dogs and HP has been very accommodating and friendly towards them.

I’ve lived in the Hickory Grove complex for a few years now. The amenities are nice. My unit contains a washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher. The complex is within 5 – 10 minutes of SIUE campus, downtown Edwardsville, the major shopping area, and most of the major interstate highways leading out of the city. The complex is only about half an hour from downtown St. Louis, provided that one isn’t headed that way during St. Louis rush hour (Edwardsville itself doesn’t exactly have what I would call rush hour traffic). The neighborhood is well-​kept and quiet most of time. The management has been extremely courteous and professional. The rent has been very reasonable considering the location and amenities.

We rented with HP as our first ever landlords. They were the absolute best company we could have asked for, especially as two college kids with no idea of what living on our own would entail. Nick Smith, the manager for the Edwardsville area, is by far the best possible landlord you could ask for. Any question, large or small, at any time, he was willing to answer quickly and accurately. He was always willing to help and for sure was a great person to have as a landlord. Wish we could have stayed longer then we did because of how great the service was.
